Looks good. Shame you didn't show the rack installed without the bag though.
I think we all have our wish lists. I think I have finished for now. I have heated hand grips and love them. The bag looks good. I might check it out as my Ventura bag has just worn out. Take care Mate.
Like the mono seat - makes it easier for luggage. I’ll be using a Kriega dry pack for longer trips. It has a couple of straps you screw in under the seat at the back, then straps you can connect to the frame of rear seat pegs. The Kriega Drypack system also allows me to hang a bag on each side or stack on top, so more expansion options. Expensive soft bags, but fully waterproof - good for UK weather! Also have a Kriega US10 that I can use as a tank bag.
There is also a Kriega OS system for the likes of the Tenere where you can NUC frames for panniers etc, but I already had these for my Street Triple.
For daily use, I have a Dainese tail bag - very similar to your bag. Plenty of storage for daily use, expandable, waterproof cover etc. Really good quality also.
Kriega stuff looks ace mate! Not cheap but likely worth it for big trips. Eventually I’ll be getting pannier racks, will be doing some research on what’s the go for me, I like the one’s where you can clip extra fuel on board. Can suddenly find yourself a bit too far away from petrol stations here if you’re not careful 😬

@@blade1535 yeh mate and it’s still perfect apart from the dust and dirt. Used constantly and in great shape. 13000 kms with the bike. 👍🏼👍🏼

Seems a bit excessive for just mounting a tail pack. Wouldn't that have fitted just fine with some straps on the original seat?
Yeh with the straps under for sure. Same thinking until I saw it, gained some storage space under it which isn’t available with the standard seat. I like how it looks too ☺️ ... might not have bought it if my long awaited Arai was here. Been on back order and I blew the helmet funds a little 🤣

did you find a air compressor which fits under the rack?
I took a look and the 12V air compressor "air man" does not fit.
Is the rack waterproof? Or is there the danger of incoming water when it rains a lot?

I did. Apologies for the late reply. No issues re water getting in at all. Check out the Dynaplug V2 from Revzilla. It fits perfect 👍🏼

Pronunciation? DECALS and HIMALAYAN that is how they are said, hope that helps. On seeing your list my thoughts were, save your money and put it towards a new bike next year. I have a similar sort of expandable bag made by Oxford and it was very useful, at around 25 litres or so it would mount on the tank, pillion, rack or you could wear it as a back pack. Speaking of which I seem to remember some article or video about motorcyclists wearing back packs, or rucksacks suffering more serious injuries in a crash due to them not sliding but gripping the surface. Maybe someone knows if this is correct? Not had to use the expandable bag for a while as the Deauville has plenty of fixed luggage as standard. Speaking of which just cleaning bike for mot yesterday and gets a call from little brother, can I help a biker out that's run out of fuel. Helmet,coat,gloves a can of petrol in topbox and rescued a BMW R80 within 10 minutes. Good deed done but it felt funny riding in wellies. Passed test? Of course it did. Ride safe as always.

@@TheRiderGuider Been using that for years but last week when someone in their video asked how do you say Ely so like this, I typed "You pronounce it ELY. Hope that helps" I got a terse response from another viewer saying that spelling it in capitals does not help at all. So I responded that yes that is the point it is of no help as it is a joke answer. He got it then.

@@TheRiderGuider It was polished up lovely and he only came out on it to fill up as he had not ridden for 6 years but the local fuel station only had diesel he so he was out of luck and fuel.
