Hi Mystic. Yes those side walls of the apartment café building and the Pet Shop are a bit plain. Not sure if the layout will stay like that, but I think it's much better than it was before.
Hi! Very good improvement in the business district. I would add some inside detailing to the building to the right side, since you call it a business district, I'm thinking of people working on computers, meeting room etc... To the top of the building I would put a cuustom sticker on a board like Euphoria Inc or something like that.
Hi Zoltan, welcome to the channel. I agree that (if I keep that building) it needs a bit more development / improvement. Those are really good ideas, thanks, I'll see what I can do.
Although the tiling pattern is not my top choice out of the options you polled, I think the execution of it came out quite well and I agree it fits the rectangular space better than some of the more square patterns. I would however suggest you try a different color highlight color than white. Even if it winds up being just light gray or one of the tans. The white color has, to my eye, a bit too much contrast, and also causes the white street lamps to wash out some. Otherwise, keep up the great work!
Hi Thomas, and welcome! Thanks for the comment. I got the white tiles on the PAB wall so it was a natural choice to try them out. Also I wanted this area to look different to the other parts of the city that use dark tan and different greys. I could try another colour but it would have to be a fairly 'natural' colour and not too bright.
@@WelcometoEuphoria I understand and agree with the desire to have the accent color different than the light gray and dark tan seen elsewhere. I think standard tan might possibly be a good choice? Dark blue could also be an interesting choice to pick up the color of the corporate buildings surrounding the plaza. The white also does not look bad, so no worries if you want to keep it!
I'm only offering my opinion on the design of the facade bldg because you asked; the turquoise window frames give it a dated look. I would try black, or white window frames. IMO, it would really elevate the look. Great design- good idea to use facades.👍
Hi again and thanks for commenting. Yes I think the turquoise frames don't do this building any favours - I do agree they are a kind of 1960's look. I quite like the grey frames used on the adjacent Ensgrave Building but was trying for a different look for this building, and I got quite a few of the turquoise ones on the PAB wall and wanted to find a use for them. So yes I think white or grey would be better.

Skyline Plaza looks beautiful, in a brutalist, corporate style and I love the return of the 100 Subscriber Monument.
Hi Dustin and welcome to the channel! Well it's not quite 'brutalist' in architectural terms but it definitely feels corporate and pretty high-rise!
1k is coming! Keep doing great work 👍 🎉
Hi and thanks for your support!
Ive decided I have to get that Sanctum building, it simply looks stunning, you have convinced me. Keep up the great work and have fun.
I found the set an enjoyable build and I really like the resulting building. See ruclips.net/video/QOTSG10kBrk/видео.html.
Your city is awesome!
Hello again and thanks for the encouragement!
