I had this problem recently with the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 Series - XL - and came across this video during my search. I understand your issue is resolved, but for anyone else that stumbles across this video from a google search, this issue can be remedied on your own. The Wobbly arm is caused by two loose screws at the base of the plastic L joint piece. As the standard tool they send wont fit these screws, you will need a 1/16 Allen key. It fits perfectly. Tighten the screws and the loose arm will no longer wobble.
@@robertwylie8781 that was with me using it for a couple weeks. If yours is wobbly like that out of the box I definitely would get them to deal with that, if not swap you out for a whole new unit. I had all sorts of problems with my chair out of the box.

My new ones are actually wobbling again so I appreciate the fix

Secret lab sent me two replacement arms.
I just opened my and set mine up and I got the same damn issue haha. Guess I’ll call and get a replacement arm. Thanks
