    Ty for showing how to get to the inner screws, my friend's broke his armrest by leaning on it and i was able to fix it all again cheers!

      I did exactly the same, however that inner screw in the middle will not budge, no matter the force applied. I've probably now chewed the screw head beyond usability now 😢

      Went searching for videos after I got stuck half way through taking mine apart. The central screw is fused so hard, it eventually snapped the head of my screwdriver while trying to undo it 😂

    Perfect instructions I needed today when my wobbly armrest came of completely. Struggled a bit with two small steel balls, which in my case simply felt out.

    You saved me so hard. Holy shit. Can't say thank you enouth. The plastic for the armrest was unfortunately broken and I was able to rebuild the pieces yesterday with a 3D printer. Thanks to you, I was able to reassemble the armrest. Like and sub for sure.

    Your a life saver man, I was extremely frustrated trying to fix the dreaded wobble, it took a good 30 minutes or so only because I dropped 1 of the ball bearings and had to really search around for it, but damn near did a full overhaul of replacement parts including the seat base, thank goodness for the extended warranty

    Great video, i left my wobble "unnoticed" so long that it literally popped off the arm rest... needless to say this helped a lot. Nothing like 2am surgery on a chair lol

    You absolute legend, this is the exact video I needed. I leaned on the arm a weird way and it all fell apart! Seems the screws have gotten loose and I needed to tighten them! Thank you for this video mate it was a huge help.

    Thin washers on those four screws would probably stop them from getting loose again

    At the point where you have removed the center screw and say that you can remove that entire mechanism, is there anything else you have to do to lift that part off? My armrest still seems fully fixed in place, having removed that central screw. I have confirmed i have a 2020xl as well. 0:50 is where youre removing this mechanism and i cannot.

      after some testing it seems the mechanism box needs to be slid fully down before you can lift it off just try sliding the arm rest around its normal operating directions and it will eventually slide off. be warned there is a small white triangle piece that locks the changes the orientation of the slide in 1 of 3 positions. DO NOT LOSE IT. i had to search for it. its small. you shouldnt need to bend or force anything really. if you are finding yourself stressing really hard, the metal box mechanism hasnt been slide into the right position yet.

    The Center screw at 0:44 is so tight I can't get it out. The metal is soft and the screw head is deforming before the screw turns. How did you get this screw out??

    • @CRYPTOSLO_OFFICIAL
      @CRYPTOSLO_OFFICIAL  10 месяцев назад

      if it's phillips, try a couple of flatheads to get a better grip accross the screw.

      @@CRYPTOSLO_OFFICIAL For me its those last 2 screws with the black spacer, they're unreasonably tight and I can't get them out without stripping the heads as you said. Might have to get a small flat head to see if i can force them out.

      Use a bigger screwdriver for more torque or a flat blade across the Phillips
