I am on m’y lunch break here in the USA TEXAS. They are absolutely gorgeous!! Looking forward starting my new resin journey. I am getting a shed build this Friday. Yeah my own she shack craft shed 😊🎉 You are amazing! Have a blessed day.
Claire, have you considered using a drill with the thinnest drill bit, or a dremmel tool? It might just open the holes wide enough for the bales to work. I don't know if it would work or if the resin would just split, but it might be worth a try on your least favourite of these. These are all lovely! Thanks for another great video!
You, Wendy from Toonpish crafts, and Louise Singleton are my new favorites. Your enthusiasm makes me laugh. Wendy's down to earth approach is refreshing. And Louise's sweetness/not sweetness is a hoot. You are all very talented ladies. I see what you make and wish I could get those supplies in Canada, but we are sadly lacking.
Suggestion regarding bail pin hole size... a very tiny diamond bit in a handheld rotary tool can do the trick to enlarge them and because of the bail type, shouldn't be noticeable. Try it with a mistake piece from some past pour with same mold. Add: be careful to be working with mask, eye protection, and angle needed to maintain hole alignment. (I prefer using an adjustable speed rotary tool and have a porch table to use for proper venting so my pets aren't exposed for any projects like this).
I thought the same, it's only the ones where the cogs are too close to the top may not look as good but the pinch bales will distract from it. Beautiful job though I love them!
I made dominoes a few weeks ago exactly like this. I also made dominoes with dried flowers, the rain drop effect and the splatter of the glitters. They turned out so awesome, I don't think I can sell them. LOL but I probably will. The grunge ones were my favs 😍
I like the "reverse" method. It's great to be able to see what the effect is instead of having to wait for the reveal to see if it turned out how you were hoping!👍
These are so beautiful!!! I never thought to use mica powder the way you did in this video, you have opened up a whole new world to me ❤. Thank you so much for sharing, the excitement in your voice is contagious. Hugs 🤗
I love how you go wild and toss the entire heap in! Im a craft supply hoarder… I’d put one little cog ⚙️ in each pendant and then be disappointed with the outcome haha
Ok, STOP IT!! These are just GORGEOUS!! I want to recreate EVERYTHING you make!!! 😂 I literally just got the Let's Resin Chameleon Powders and some molds to make the galaxy bubble projects. Now, I'm going to have to get the cogs and clocks to go in these new projects. My hubby is going to cut me off if I keep spending like this. 🤣 I am in love with everything you create!!! 🌌🌚🌠✨️💫🌟🔭☄️✴️💖💙💜
Amazing 🤯 when you showed your torch on the makes it was just about breathtakingly sparkling. The cluster of bubbles is cool, just something there in outer space, I liked them anyways. I was thinking you were going to flick a teensy dash of power on the glue down. Maybe even glow powder or should glow be farthest away? Seamed like you were trying to keep short so very glad you didn't take away the Zen lookie see ending away. Thanks for your time
When you said "Disney", I immediately thought of "Beauty and the Beast". The teapot, and the clock talking and singing! They are all so beautiful and I love the clarity of the top coat! I've never been a big fan of steampunk, but you made it all come to life for me in these videos. So now I've got to spend my money on some new stuff. Thanks Claire! 💜💙🧡
Dear Claire. I absolutely loved those pendants and keychains, I will have to try them out. Funny enough I literally have everything at home that you used and hope I can make them just as pretty :) Didn't even know you can use the chamaleon powders in that way!!!
So sorry I missed your live ❤ I was setting up my tumbler full of glass. Oh Claire these are absolutely stunningly gorgeous ❤ Take care and keep creating ❤
I just love this method of laying black first. You can see everything as it will be in the end, instead of covering it up with black. Great idea. Speaking of idea can you not just drill out the holes to match the bails?
Absolutely gorgeous pieces! Claire, you’ve outdone yourself again. Thanks!
Oh wow love these! love the purple powder with the teal, its just looks stunning together! Cant choose a favourite I love them all!
