  • What better potato for a steakhouse meal than twice baked potato 🥔 cheese, bacon, chives, sour cream, butter, and cream all mixed with the potato. Then put back inside the potato skin and baked with more cheese on top. I mean, you can't go wrong. Potatoes are amazing because of all the variations you can eat them but twice baked is a fully loaded baked potato already all mixed up, it's a beautiful thing.
    4 large baking potatoes
    Oil
    Sea Salt
    Wash potatoes, pierce with a fork a few times, drizzle with oil, and season with salt. Put in a 400° after oven for 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours until fork tender.
    Scoop out the centers of the potato, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the outside.
    Potato
    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons cream (or milk)
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    1 cup shredded jarlsberg cheese (you can use any cheese you'd like) -
    8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
    2 tablespoons chives
    Mix everything reserving 1 cup of cheese and a little bacon for the tops of the potatoes. Spoon the filling back into the potato shells and top with reserved cheese and bacon. Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes.
