Thanks so much for the comment .. the beef I used for the cheese steak was thinly sliced ribeye.. the brand name is heritage and it’s in the Steak section of most supermarkets … if they don’t have heritage they usually offer another brand of thinly sliced ribeye .. let me know if you end up making it .. and thanks for the support
