Strength does nothing for rifles, you want perception for crit, and better criticals crit savvy and bloody with crit & calibrated on unyielding or with OE PA Butcher and bloody mess are optional but better criticals are a must along with a good roll on your rifle
I started playing fallout 76 and it just makes me sad. It is nothing compared to the old games. Full of microtransactions. Cant believe how much they charged for the game when it came out. Dispite having a 3080 and good computer in general, it runs bad. The graphics look bad for when it came out. And still a bunch of bugs. I just dont understand.
I agree with some of what you said. I think 76 lacks the soul that the previous games had. I'm personally getting tired of the repetitive gameplay loop. I'm not a fan of the graphics either. I want something that looks better tbh. With all that said I think the thing people don't get is that Fallout 76 is not now nor was it ever supposed to be Fallout 5. It is its own thing and a different animal. I can accept that and enjoy Fallout 76 for what it is.
@@aridenkane Yeah I guess I didn't know that it was supposed to be its own breed of game. However, I think despite this, as a triple A Title company, charging as much as they did for how bad it was when it came out was unacceptable when an indie developer can make a better looking, better gameplay looped game and sell it at a much cheaper price. At least they worked on it and improved it as much as they could instead of dropping it off.

Max strength levels, get all comando perks. Get explosion perks in intelligents. And more and more strength

Man Deathclaws in 76 are so weak. Its saddening.
Agreed. The face of death and terror in Fallout 76 is taken down with one or two shots. Makes me sad too.
