Il Melone sul tubo my main is the Clarinet, but I also play piano, Soprano Sax, Alto sax, and Bari sax, my band director is going to have me play tenor this year in jazz band.
Il Melone sul tubo so the thing is, most of the fingers for oboe, sax, clarinet, and bassoon are the same but some are completely different so not really.

Joe Walsh many of these instruments have the same or similar fingerings. So if you learn one you can pick up the others easily.

I'm gonna take a guess and say he started off as an oboe in middle school then learned to play a sax for marching band
I know many people, that play oboe or bassoon in an orchestra and play clarinet or saxophone, while marching.
I play oboe and tenor sax and it's an entirely different ballgame.
