That was made readily apparent during that documentary where he told a hiring agency that he worked for the 'porn industry' and has allegations of abuse. It's usually due to genetics, metabolism, and to a smaller extent lifestyle and exercise.

I just recently turned 60, I lost my brother when I was 23, he turned 20 in Boston Children’s hospital and died three days later after seven years of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Be well, Steve!
