In fact a friend of my told me there were supposed leaked emails that were deleted of twitch knowing the minor was trying to set up Doctor D which, if true, would completely shift the blame to the company. In terms of spending parents money twitch is probably the least of your concern. Kick and your other mobile game is the real kicker.
It’s probably more about the DM feature on twitch being exploit by pdf files.
It’s a problem youtube once had and they just remove the feature entirely.
To effectively combat this they need to either incorporate ID check which is probably not feasible or delete it entirely.
