@@chipmunkcorner248 Items that can be gifted are always good. A simple cloth doll or toy, bag, zipper pouch or something along those lines. I have made lots of hot pads as a beginner and doing those has been great practice to build my confidence and allows me to use scraps.
Thanks so much for filming this. I am a novice sewer and love simple projects. I have a baby blanket and bought the satin but did not know how to attach it. I’ll give it a try.
Well my timing is awful. I just made a blanket and tried to mitre the square corners. Couldn't figure it out, so I did a clumsy overlap that also required some handsewing to close up the ends. Now I find your video with rounded corners that you don't need to mitre. Now why didn't I think of that. Sheesh! Next time, I'm doing it your way. Thank you!!
Hi Debbie, Thank you for the video. I noticed you have a serger. I was recently gifted a used one. Unfortunately, I don't know how to sew. Can you please consider making a fleece blanket tutorial that could be used for 3-4-year-olds for daycare nap time?
Maybe I missed it, but do you only round off one corner? Looks much easier than other videos I've seen, what foot are you using? I have liked and subscribed..
Aww thankyou so much. You round off all the corners. The foot on the sewing machine is just a zigzag stitch with a regular pedal. More videos are coming and I can go into more details with baby blankets if it would interest you.
Thank you for showing us we can do this. You are such a sweetheart! I may have the courage for the satin binding now.
Your very welcome. I’m working on more videos for the channel and any suggestions for what you would like to see is appreciated.

Love this! Easy to follow along. I always learn new tips and tricks when I watch others. Thank you! That blanket is beautiful☺️
Your very welcome
Thank you so very much. The baby that used this blanket loved it. I love the material because it’s super soft.
Hi there from Australia
I thoroughly enjoyed your baby blanket class.
Thank you so much. More videos are on the way very soon. Any suggestions for crafts you would like to see are welcome as well.

Hello,
Yes I will be happy to make a video about how to sew with the serger.
Maybe I missed it, but do you only round off one corner? Looks much easier than other videos I've seen, what foot are you using? I have liked and subscribed..

She had the piece folded into 4ths for the one cut.
Thank you ever so much..
Your very welcoming. I’m going to be working on some new projects with more easy to follow baby blankets.
