dude same I use to grow up playing barbie dress up games on dial up internet so I was having such a good time jamming to this song, spending millions making all my platinum girls look cute as hell - but now while happily imagining there's probably a bunch of dudes just kicking back, vibing, doing the same.
Funny anecdote: I was playing Yakuza 0 in my room. My mother was watching stuff on her phone (as usual), and then, when it's time for me to play the Cabaret Minigame, she sees what I'm doing and asks me. I explain to her what it is, and how the minigame worked. And then, the idea of asking her for help crossed my mind (I was dressing Yuki in that moment), and surprisingly enough, she cooperated and told me what was good for Yuki. She ended up being a nice beauty thanks to my mother's help. It was hilarious, but really nice.
So my wife walks in and sees me dressing up the girls with this song playing away, she asks what I'm playing, I tell her it's called Yakuza 0, it's about the Japanese mafia......yea of course it is she says, gives me a funny look and walks off. So what do I do? Go back to dressing up my beautiful ladies of course.

The most you will get is three double circles and maybe one circle if you find out the pattern, in terms of the hostess rank, honestly it's best to just recruit as many as you can find, do side-quests and even friend missions as well and spend CP at the shrine for hostesses as well. that way you're prepared on more fronts when certain hostesses start feeling fatigued or absent

I'm really glad I purchased Yakuza 0 having little to no expectations whatsoever (except thinking it would be like Sleeping Dogs). Not only is it a great beat 'em up adventure game but it's a freaking VERSATILE open-world adventure game. There's so much you can do to kill time whenever you decide to put the main story on hold. Cabaret clubs, buying up locations, bowling, playing pool/dart, search for giant cash cows whenever you run out of money etc. Great attention to detail!
This is my first Yakuza game and I felt a little awkward because this was my favorite side content in the whole game even though the main story is so serious . But it was really a fun mini game and you got to meet interesting characters as well.
@@aberoy9957 Like my opinion it is just the opinion of most people. 0 is only better because of the amount of side quest you have to do and you can play ast Goro and the world is a little bigger because playing as Goro you are in Sotenbori. Controls of Kiwami is a little better and when it comes to story Kiwami is made a little longer than the original. Daaaaa only downside is Goro Everywhere where collecting all the skills for Kazuma because tedious! Kiwami 2 is the best Yakuza on PC until they port Yakuza 6: Song Of Life which is simply the best Yakuza over all.
@@aberoy9957 For me Kiwami in comparison have deeper story than 0. I will tell you this once, do not base how good the game is based on the opinion of people. If you will play Kiwami and take my opinion you might change your mind. That it is better than 0 in some ways. I repeat 0 is only rated higher and is better for people because you can play as Goro, the world is slightly larger and lots of Side Quest to do, you know that COMPLETION POINTS you need to collect to buy things in the shrine. First I like the controls here a little compared to 0 because it is more accurate and improved comparing it to the original Yakuza. You are wrong if you will say this is just a 2005 remastered game, wrong, this is a remake. SEGA used Kiwami instead of remake. Look at the graphics it is a remake not a remaster. To me the side quests here are more interesting and like in 0, some of the added side quest here are funny. The world is smaller because this is a remake and have to stay true to the original and there are new added scenes to the events you will do which made this game longer. The story is much deeper because this is where it all started. 0 is only a prequel which is to me, why SEGA did not make a prequel during the Playstation 3 era before making 3. The story of 0 is not bad but for me the prequel seems too late. Or after 3 then they released 0. In Yakuza only 30 side quest plus one secret side quest Jo Amon. To unlock him as a secret final boss you need to complete all 30 side quest. In Yakuza Kiwami there are more than 60 side quest even though 0 have a lot of side quest because you are playing two protagonis Kazuma and Goro, Kiwami side quest is not short or just a few. Take my word between 0 and Kiwami both are very good games better than Devil May Cry and God Of War. Kiwami is better but currently the 3 PC release of Yakuza, Yakuza Kiwami 2 is the best but once they release all Yakuza, Yakuza 6: Song Of Life is the best. I wish the two Yakuza I finished during the Playstation 2 era will be remastered and be brought to PC. Yakuza and Yakuza 2 deserves a remaster. Remake is re-doing the whole thing adding or lessening things in the game in new technology graphics. Remaster is giving the game a fresh new look updated graphics today, including sound, music, improved controls and correcting glitches from the original. Yakuza 2005 and Yakuza 2 2007 absolutely needs a remaster for you new generation of players to experience the originals. Yakuza 3 needs the remake treatment. I have only played yakuza 0... now i am bulking money for a badass 4k build before i touch this MASTERPIECE franchise. This is not a just game.. this is a journey.
You know, I never touched the makeover option until the battle against Club Moon. And as this song played, and I started polishing the platinums, I couldn't help but feel kind of moved - as if this game hadn't done that already with the substories. But there's a distinct feeling I get from this song at the time, and it was just how proud I was of my girls.
I've always interacted with the makeover options but it's just as moving when Majima goes to the table to refill ice or shit and the lil cutscene plays and it just makes me go "MY GIRLS ARE SO PRETTY THO 😭LOOK AT THEM GO"

I'm really glad I purchased Yakuza 0 having little to no expectations whatsoever (except thinking it would be like Sleeping Dogs). Not only is it a great beat 'em up adventure game but it's a freaking VERSATILE open-world adventure game. There's so much you can do to kill time whenever you decide to put the main story on hold. Cabaret clubs, buying up locations, bowling, playing pool/dart, search for giant cash cows whenever you run out of money etc. Great attention to detail!

This is my first Yakuza game and I felt a little awkward because this was my favorite side content in the whole game even though the main story is so serious . But it was really a fun mini game and you got to meet interesting characters as well.

Like my opinion it is just the opinion of most people. 0 is only better because of the amount of side quest you have to do and you can play ast Goro and the world is a little bigger because playing as Goro you are in Sotenbori.
Controls of Kiwami is a little better and when it comes to story Kiwami is made a little longer than the original. Daaaaa only downside is Goro Everywhere where collecting all the skills for Kazuma because tedious!
Kiwami 2 is the best Yakuza on PC until they port Yakuza 6: Song Of Life which is simply the best Yakuza over all.

For me Kiwami in comparison have deeper story than 0. I will tell you this once, do not base how good the game is based on the opinion of people. If you will play Kiwami and take my opinion you might change your mind. That it is better than 0 in some ways. I repeat 0 is only rated higher and is better for people because you can play as Goro, the world is slightly larger and lots of Side Quest to do, you know that COMPLETION POINTS you need to collect to buy things in the shrine.
First I like the controls here a little compared to 0 because it is more accurate and improved comparing it to the original Yakuza. You are wrong if you will say this is just a 2005 remastered game, wrong, this is a remake. SEGA used Kiwami instead of remake. Look at the graphics it is a remake not a remaster. To me the side quests here are more interesting and like in 0, some of the added side quest here are funny. The world is smaller because this is a remake and have to stay true to the original and there are new added scenes to the events you will do which made this game longer. The story is much deeper because this is where it all started. 0 is only a prequel which is to me, why SEGA did not make a prequel during the Playstation 3 era before making 3. The story of 0 is not bad but for me the prequel seems too late. Or after 3 then they released 0. In Yakuza only 30 side quest plus one secret side quest Jo Amon. To unlock him as a secret final boss you need to complete all 30 side quest. In Yakuza Kiwami there are more than 60 side quest even though 0 have a lot of side quest because you are playing two protagonis Kazuma and Goro, Kiwami side quest is not short or just a few.
Take my word between 0 and Kiwami both are very good games better than Devil May Cry and God Of War. Kiwami is better but currently the 3 PC release of Yakuza, Yakuza Kiwami 2 is the best but once they release all Yakuza, Yakuza 6: Song Of Life is the best.
I wish the two Yakuza I finished during the Playstation 2 era will be remastered and be brought to PC. Yakuza and Yakuza 2 deserves a remaster. Remake is re-doing the whole thing adding or lessening things in the game in new technology graphics. Remaster is giving the game a fresh new look updated graphics today, including sound, music, improved controls and correcting glitches from the original. Yakuza 2005 and Yakuza 2 2007 absolutely needs a remaster for you new generation of players to experience the originals.
Yakuza 3 needs the remake treatment.
