After using the bloody key I kept going instead of making a left and came to a dead end and hit the wall and it disappeared and there’s a door but it’s locked.
I didn't do a guide for it, but look up a guide for Ceramic Coins. You'll need 26, which requires a full 2 playthroughs, as there's only 13 in the game.

You only need to rescue Yuria if you want to spend the boss souls and get unique spells from her. If you don't plan on ever using magic, then there's no need. If you are going for the platinum trophy, you'll want to rescue her on your third cycle (New Game+2) because you need to purchase all the spells for the trophies.
If you threw away your official uniform, you'll need to get it on the next NG cycle.

What prompts you in game to disguise yourself?
I don’t think it does. It’s one of those outdated scenarios that old games typically had. I find stuff like that very annoying.
I just got my PS5 two months ago, i saw messages on the ground on that bridge by the waterfall, telling me to have the right costume. I dont think it was there when the game was deployed.

The bloody key doesn't open those cells. The key you get off the first fat official opens that cell. You need that key in order to get the bloody key in the first place.

What was that ball spell you did against fat official as I haven't seen that spell anywhere
It's called Homing Soul Arrow. It's sold by Sage Freke in exchange for the Golden Demon Soul, which is dropped by Old Monk.
So you cannot rescue her until very very late game? As far as I understood, you can't pass through the door to 1-3 until you kill some archidemon. So you can't get the key until that
Not exactly very late. You can clear up to Tower Knight, then go to Stonefang and clear the whole level, come back and do 1-3 to free Yuria.
Missing one spell, Soul Thirst for the Platinum. Yuria didn't spawn for me on my next playthrough. I have been upstairs numerous times, fat official is there, no Yuria. What gives?

Nope. The staircase only comes down when you wear the full armor set.

I know this is completely unrelated but please can you help with how I can get the lava bow? I got my bow to +9 before meeting the blacksmith with the spider demon soul but he is not giving me an upgrade to the bow to larval bow
You have to remove the upgrades until it goes back down to +7. Then you can turn it into the Lava Bow.

2:45 In the original version, both the tower and the surroundings were VERY bland. The tower was a basic stone tower and that waterfall was just a blank cliff. BluePoint did an awesome job of remaking this game by improving the environment of nearly every location in the game.

Make sure to check with Stockpile Thomas. There's a chance it automatically went there. These items typically drop upon the first kill of the enemy. They don't have to be farmed.
I think I’m screwed. My tendency in 1 -1 and 1 - 2 is white not pure white. It does look a little bit pure white. I already killed the two demons and the red dragon.
Kill the bosses in 1-3 and 1-4.

@@SweetJohnnyCage I don’t know how else to make my tendency pure white. I can’t go past the fog because there’s a door blocking it.
What does the game tell you when you get near the fog?

In the alleyways just before crossing that bridge to Yuria there is another door after a fogwall that is closed, how do you open it?
That leads to the Penetrator Armor. I don't have a guide for how to get it, as it's a REALLY long collection quest. You can read the guide for the locations of Ceramic Coins on Fextralife - demonssouls.wiki.fextralife.com/Ceramic+Coin
You need to collect 26 coins, which will take 2 full playthroughs since there are only 13 available per playthrough. The coins are only available in the Fractured World. Trade the 26 coins to Sparkly the Crow for the Rusted Key, and then you can open the door.

No problem! By the time everything was discovered, I had already dumped a couple hundred hours into the game and content, so I just felt it wasn't worth getting, even for myself lol.
I'm almost at the very end of the game and only found out about this secret location!! (Not keen on NG+, and will start a new character. Will pay Yuria a visit this time)
Just a heads up, if you're going for the platinum trophy, you need to get all the rings and spells on a single character. But if that doesn't matter to you, enjoy your fresh start!

Same here...did you find the officials clothes? I’ve farmed the official by the Tunnel City Archstone a million times and he hasn’t dropped another one yet

If you discarded it, you'll need to go to NG+ to get it again, or have someone online drop it for you.

The armor pieces? If you fully discarded them, then you'll need to wait until you get to NG+ and then they'll drop again. But if you just put them in your cache, talk to Stockpile Thomas and retrieve them.

Not a glitch. You probably already realized this by now, but all the spells she sells require tasting Demon Souls, but they won’t appear until you have the proper souls to give her. Unfortunately, most of her spells require arch demon souls(the souls of final bosses in most of the worlds).

Yes, it's a guaranteed drop from those specific officials. Once it drops, that's it.

What if those officials don't drop anything.? I've killed them multiple times & there's no drop.
Their armor will always drop on the first kill. If it's not in your inventory, check with Stockpile Thomas. It might have gone into your cache.

@@makaiokalahama hmmm. Cache being stockpile Thomas's storage. Sorry if that wasn't clear. It's not automatically looted, you do have to pick it up off their corpse, so it's possible you missed it. You'd have to wait until NG+ in that case, or get another player to drop it for you.

on 2-2, i had to let my Tendency go black and i raised my luck to level 20 and the damn thing finally dropped after about 7 tries

What does game plus mean
@@anonymousrapperlq1921 When you beat the game, it starts over. You keep all your equipment and items (aside from keys), and all NPCs reset to their original locations. Enemy health and damage scale up, making the game a bit more difficult. So when you beat the game the first time, you go to NG+. When you beat it again, you go to NG+2, and so on. Everything finishes scaling at NG+6, so +7 and higher are the same difficulty as +6.
My gaic was level 9 and i was not getting why sage is not telling me how to learn magic so i killed sage freke 😂😂 now i have to find this witch for magic useing claymore +7. True demons soul starts here 😅

@@SweetJohnnyCage Well, I am currently stuck on old king Allant. I understand that if a boss gives you trouble, you're supposed to practice until you get better. But how do you practice on a boss that constantly drains your levels and makes your character weaker? Eventually, I'll be down to level zero and might as well just start over at that point. What a B.S. boss fight. I wish I had invested the wriggling demon soul on poison cloud instead of death cloud. =(

How do people even come up with this. So if you didn't google or know about this character how would you even happen to think you'll have to equip this set for this to be triggered. This is wild
In the PS3 version, only the Official's Hat existed, so it was a bit more obvious that equipping a hat that made you laugh might have a special interaction somewhere. The hat also drops off the Fat Official in this level, so that's also a bit of a hint.
It's cool that the PS5 version added a full set of armor, but I feel like that makes it less obvious.

That wouldn't be possible, no. Saving her requires you talking to her without wearing the official's armor set. Maybe you killed the Fat Official and left?

The levels didn't have names in the original, so that phrasing is stuck in my head, as well as anyone else who played the original.
Most ppl playing the game use a - b to find a location, it's easier to find that memorizing all the names.
It's easier to remember with 2-1 and 5-3 than saying the name.
