I've recently started playing the remake on my PS5. Never played a souls-like game before. It is indeed very challenging; but I absolutely loved it... I'm currently struggling with the Armoured Spider yet. Pretty cool to see the amount of unplayed worlds I've yet to discover.

Just beat the first boss, the game plays so clean and is beautiful. The game certainly has it out for you 😅! I'm used to armored core 6 and sekiro but all from games have their learning curves but i think that's what makes beating it makes you feel so good, like you have to learn all the nooks and crannys of the game to be able to really beat it. Kinda like life put in the effort youll be ite.

I recently started playing this game and I’m SO upset that I used the boss souls. I had no idea you can use the souls to make spells and weapons. So now I’m thinking of starting over.
Starting over is definitely a possibility, but you can also get the souls again in NG+ if you don’t want to lose the character. I am not sure about the Makoto, i have not really used it much. But the Blueblood Sword is a straight sword that really favors Magic enchant, so it's definitely good. To get the talisman of the beasts,from black phantom as a mage,by killing him in combat,was an impossible task .....The only way was to outsmart him and push him through the edge..

The jump from NG to NG+ in this game is huge. Probably the biggest in any Souls game. I actually think that you aren't truly done beating the game until you beat NG+. It is like a completely new experience. Thank you for your comment.
Actually all you have to do to get brand is to beat garl and Astria.. after that you can simply touch the archstone and warp right back to where you are standing. You can then go back to where u initially caught Garl and his black phantom will be there. You do need to be pwwt tho.

After upgrading a few weapons I realized I'm now giving options like crushing, quality, dragon, etc.. Which one of those types are the best? It's my first time playing demon souls so I'm not very good at it and I can't find a vid on which one if these weapon types works best with a specific build
It really depends on your build. Crushing, for example, is good for STR builds. Quality, on the other hand, favors STR and DEX hybrids. There are other types suitable for INT builds or FTH builds. It all depends on what you are running. Thank you for your comment.
It’s the same damage. You should pick based on PvE (White) or PvP (Black) as each tendency increases your damage one way or the other. Thank you for your comment.
Blind and Large Sword of Moonlight serve the same purpose. Also, one scales with DEX and the other with FTH. Using both would not be efficient. I would say pick one to use and then find another weapon that pairs well with it. Thank you for your comment.
Yes. You can drop most items for other characters to pick up. Weapons, armor, etc. There are a few exceptions like: you cannot drop rings or ceramic coins. Thank you for your comment.
I'm going to be honest, there are multiple weapons that are really good for PvP. Northern Regalia, Dragon Bone Smasher, a Blessed Mirthan Hammer, Dual Katana is also very good, and we can't forget about magic. But none of these are auto-win weapons. You need to try them out and see which ones fit your playstyle. Good PvP is something you practice by understanding the game. Shields are very powerful in Demon's Souls, so Sword and Board also has a lot of merit. Each weapon also has its own techniques. Dead-angling for the big swords, push combos for katanas, etc. I recommend that you pick a style that you like and learn it. In any case, thank you for your comment.

I fucked up the Uchigatana cause I had it +8 and Ed gave me the option to upgraded it in special way, but I hadn’t enough souls at the moment and just upgraded it to level +9 thinking that it didn’t matter the number and later I could do the change, but no…. Now I just have a normal one, which I still love it but with the frustration of messing up things!!! Same with the bow!!!🤦🏾
That is one of the most annoying things about the Demon’s Souls system. Exact levels and, if you mess up, you need to start the weapon upgrade from scratch. Hopefully you have better luck in the future. Thank you for your comment.

I have compound shortbow +9 , Will this stiil work for lava bow ? I have given the searing demon soul and have hard demon soul but I dont get the lava bow upgrade at all
Unfortunately, no. You need the weapons at exactly +7. If you go over, you lose the opportunity of getting the boss weapon. You will need to get another bow to EXACTLY +7 in order to get the option. It is very inconvenient. Thank you for your comment.

Does it matter what weapon we use for Crafting The Boss weapon? For Example, If I use *Claws +8* as a material for *The Large Sword Of Searching* will it be as strong as If I used A *Uchigatana +8* Instead?
Good question. The answer is no. No matter what weapon you use to create a Boss Weapon, the result will be the same. It's just about having more options so, in case you don't want to spend that Uchigatana, you can use any other.

You get the best version upon creation. 3) It has low base stats but the best scaling in the game to make up for it (S/S/-/A). 4) It can be buffed with your choice of Cursed Weapon or Light Weapon. With a proper specialized build, it can reach over 700 total AR when buffed, being second place only to the Dragon Bone Smasher. But most importantly, it is a great looking weapon that is extremely fun. You will not regret swinging this one at enemies.
I wish it was better, because it looks fantastic. The damage it deals is alright, but its weight is catastrophic. There are better options that deal less damage with less weight. Also, no scaling. Literally, a Crushing Great Axe deals more damage than this weapon, weighing like 12 less units. It is a shame. Thank you for your comment.

Blind and Large Sword of Moonlight serve the same purpose. Also, one scales with DEX and the other with FTH. Using both would not be efficient. I would say pick one to use and then find another weapon that pairs well with it. Thank you for your comment.

Are you able to drop items if you wanted to give to another character ?
Yes. You can drop most items for other characters to pick up. Weapons, armor, etc. There are a few exceptions like: you cannot drop rings or ceramic coins. Thank you for your comment.

I'm going to be honest, there are multiple weapons that are really good for PvP. Northern Regalia, Dragon Bone Smasher, a Blessed Mirthan Hammer, Dual Katana is also very good, and we can't forget about magic. But none of these are auto-win weapons. You need to try them out and see which ones fit your playstyle. Good PvP is something you practice by understanding the game. Shields are very powerful in Demon's Souls, so Sword and Board also has a lot of merit.
Each weapon also has its own techniques. Dead-angling for the big swords, push combos for katanas, etc. I recommend that you pick a style that you like and learn it. In any case, thank you for your comment.

I fucked up the Uchigatana cause I had it +8 and Ed gave me the option to upgraded it in special way, but I hadn’t enough souls at the moment and just upgraded it to level +9 thinking that it didn’t matter the number and later I could do the change, but no…. Now I just have a normal one, which I still love it but with the frustration of messing up things!!!
Same with the bow!!!🤦🏾
That is one of the most annoying things about the Demon’s Souls system. Exact levels and, if you mess up, you need to start the weapon upgrade from scratch. Hopefully you have better luck in the future. Thank you for your comment.

I have compound shortbow +9 , Will this stiil work for lava bow ? I have given the searing demon soul and have hard demon soul but I dont get the lava bow upgrade at all
Unfortunately, no. You need the weapons at exactly +7. If you go over, you lose the opportunity of getting the boss weapon. You will need to get another bow to EXACTLY +7 in order to get the option. It is very inconvenient. Thank you for your comment.

Does it matter what weapon we use for Crafting The Boss weapon? For Example, If I use *Claws +8* as a material for *The Large Sword Of Searching* will it be as strong as If I used A *Uchigatana +8* Instead?
Good question. The answer is no. No matter what weapon you use to create a Boss Weapon, the result will be the same. It's just about having more options so, in case you don't want to spend that Uchigatana, you can use any other.

That is the Meat Cleaver, buffed with the Light Weapon spell.

1) Its created from a +0 Club or Great Club, so very little investment needed.
2) No need to upgrade. You get the best version upon creation.
3) It has low base stats but the best scaling in the game to make up for it (S/S/-/A).
4) It can be buffed with your choice of Cursed Weapon or Light Weapon.
With a proper specialized build, it can reach over 700 total AR when buffed, being second place only to the Dragon Bone Smasher.
But most importantly, it is a great looking weapon that is extremely fun. You will not regret swinging this one at enemies.

The Dozer axe looks like a smaller silver version of Escanor's axe.
I wish it was better, because it looks fantastic. The damage it deals is alright, but its weight is catastrophic. There are better options that deal less damage with less weight. Also, no scaling. Literally, a Crushing Great Axe deals more damage than this weapon, weighing like 12 less units. It is a shame. Thank you for your comment.
For the meat cleaver I upgraded a morning star to 6 and I have the soup but the meat leaver dosnt show up
