I enjoyed your tour. I remember walking this many years ago with my parents when I was about 4 years old. That would have been in 1933 or 1934. I am 93 today. As I recall the trail was much rougher then.
Lovely video! It's been years since I explored there. It's changing, that's why we love the Bay Area, ever evolving. You've motivated me to go for a (or several) hikes. Thank you... An East Bay fella
Hey there! Uber will take you all the way! Catch it either to the Land's End Visitor Center, the USS San Francisco Memorial mid-way, or the Eagle's Point entrance in the Sea Cliff neighborhood.
You are doing an incredible job. So knowledgeable. And you present a very charismatic persona on TV. (I grew up in Hollywood so I know) I’ve told all my friends about you and your videos. Thank you. I love watching you.
The Land's End area was also one of the locations in the cult classic movie, "Harold and Maude." Also, VERY IMPORTANT Do NOT leave ANYTHING of value when you park your car (rental or otherwise) in the parking lots up there. The area is one of MANY in SF that is notorious for auto break ins. Thieves know that tourists leave their luggage and valuables in the car and since they're not from SF will not stay to file a police report. Your best bet would to take a cab or public transportation and leave your stuff at the hotel.

You know so much about the city. Are you a native?
Hi Douglas, nope. I'm a transplant :) but have lived in the Bay Area for about 22 years. Most of it is a lot of research!
