Sup Vette! You have a well organized meal prep. I 100% agree with you, eating healthy isn't expensive especially when you keep it simple. I been Alkaline Vegan for about 3 years now. No meat, No dairy, No starch, No sugar. Got rid of all my diseases and lost 55 lbs!! Only regret I have is that I whish I would have started my diet sooner. My monthly food bill is between $160-$200 per month or less.

I used to be really good about meal prepping and I eat the healthiest when I did, but since a lot has changed in the last 2 years I kind of stopped. I gotta go back to it, this video was very inspiring!

I agree SOOOO much with you regarding meal prepping being affordable. I do it for myself and my family and it saves us a lot! I lost 100lbs. naturally and nutrition was the key and really the most beneficial part for me as well. From healing illness, to increased mobility and strength with aging. I'm 40 and healthier than I was at 20.LOL I can't wait until I can really start to see more muscle definition like you have. You look so good!

Love this! I just started weighing my meats and I didn’t even think to pre weigh it BEFORE I freeze it!! I’ve been having to thaw it and then cut it up and weigh and then cook and it’s just annoying and not efficient! This is so much better! Thanks so much for the idea and the reminder that vacuum sealers exist cuz that’s my next investment 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💕💕💕

I am so happy I found your channel. It posted with your 5am routine reels. I love this video. Girl! My goal is to wake up at 630am so I can spend time my my God Jehovah, meditate on His Word. Then, the morning stretches and workout. Also, I have been realizing I really need to meal prep, as it saves time and yes, girl, money 💰 💸 as I am the same way I hate wasting food, and hate wasting money. I love food shopping but wish I knew then what I know now. I have Sickle Cell Anemia and I am a nurse. I learned how my illness affects me, and now, after learning this, I wish I had kept going to nursing school just to learn more about nutrition and functional and holistic health. As I have gotten older, it has been harder to stay motivated to get back to that in some way and grow as a nurse and one who is familiar with living on and off the hospital bed. As I want to help people stay healthy and out of the hospital through healthy lifestyle exercise and nutrition. Thank you for your channel and inspiration. I am currently working on getting up at 9:30 a.m., working my way to 9 a.m., and reaching the goal of 630am!! But my night 🌙 😪 time routine needs to improve. I know to be on point for the A.M.

You can also put that garlic in an ice tray freeze and then take out pop in ziplock bag so it’s already “portioned” for you
Great prepping meat strategy. I usually weight my meat after cooking. I love meal prepping, saves time after work during the week. Usually prep for up to 4 days at a time.

Love your content. You should also try Chinese broccoli - we find it at walmart and prefer it over regular broccoli/rapini. It's delicious we often eat it on its own.

Suuuper organized. I like you. Buuuut im far to your standard. Normally on sunday i like to ride my mtb on nature and i ride It to my commuting work as well. So i Prep my meals day by day on my needs. About nutrition I follow the Peter D'adamo's rule which Is based on Blood groups. I'm 0 Blood so basically my nutrition Is based on meat, fish, vegetables; only seasonable fruits which belong to my territory. Wheat ad less as possibile. Take care of you. Grets from Italy.
I used to live off Cheshire bridge and would drive to nam de mon I think exit 96 its the best variety of meats and great variety of fruit! a lot of the farmers are local

Thank you so much for responding. I love your videos btw and I think you are so pretty. I have been looking for a meat/farmers market that I can buy protein for cheap and maybe ask them to cut it up. I meal prepped on Sunday and I'm so proud of myself, but it took me almost 5 hours because I was cutting/weighing my meats up by hand. I personally don't like veggies that much, so I have to cut those up real small as well. Totally worth it tho, I had so much fun planning the menu with my man and now all I have to do is heat up what I want to eat. I already lost 3lbs since Saturday. I hate cooking so being plant based works for me cause it’s mostly raw. So throwing things together is a no brainer. I do prep my overnight oats before hand. Meal prepping was not a fit for me.
