i watched a couple other videos of yours before this one. Ive fallen off... my routine, meal prepping, EVERYTHING. This video was more realistic than others ive seen, it felt doable and it was easy to see the satisfaction of a well rounded, completed day. Its seriously re-inspired me to buy a few more glass containers to replace ones lost and start meal prepping again, prioritize getting a healthy amount of sleep, and starting my day with physical activity. so glad i found this channel!
