I love watching because of how to motivational you are 🥰. I have fallen of my fitness the last couple years & after I had kids I was supposed to get in Yoga more I have done Hot Yoga & loved it as well. Right now focusing on my hips & knees so I can start running & not feel pain in my knees.
I literally have the same issue with my knees 😩😩 after str!pp!ng for 8 years, they are SHOT! Try walking backwards on a treadmill, on an incline, that's helped me a lot! Also, I stopped running outside on the concrete as often as I used to; that shocks the knees and shins pretty bad

I got it from TikTok Shop, but I found one on Amazon with great reviews. I linked it in the description. It's better for me to clean the floors with! I've tried using different floor cleaners and there was always a residue left behind or it was sticky. Now I just use the steam from the water and I get clean, shiny floors with no stickiness 😊

Hey! I use the Sony ZV-1 for my all of my youtube videos and I don't have a car mount for the camera at the moment, I place it on my dash. When I want a wider shot, I'll use my iPhone at .05x and put that on a standard phone car mount!
