I also went through having anxiety in 2022 and my life has been turned upside down with my job and people in my life. I had to learn that I have to put me first always because some people only want you to be there for them when they need you but not be there for you in your moments. I have never cooked portobello mushrooms (i couldn't remember which ones u said taste most like meat so I looked it up at the store and it said portobello lol) and I had never used coconut amino before but I made a similar dish to yours with mushrooms, red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers, onion, garlic, broccoli and instead of rice i did yellow potatoes and coconut amino. It turned out so good 🫶😋 thank you for sharing. I am planning to try the oatmeal chips and a few other things from this video as well. God bless u!
I didn't know I could make Tortillas with oats and water! I'll have to make that. The fruit salad looks good, but honey and added sugar isn't allowed on the Daniel Fast.

I just made the veggie burrito bowl.I used simply nature organic canned black beans , brown rice that i had to cook a long time but its good.green pepper and onion with garlic i used organic tumeric on the veggies , coarse salt ,red pepper flakes..So yummy filling and good. I have to wait for my avocados to get ripe.But it was so yummy without them .Thanks again. i have some limes too but i didnt use them.
The whole entire meal prep was very needed. Can you make more of this style. I'm thinking about going plant-based because of health reasons. I 💙💙💙💙💙 your content. Keep going 💪 in the Lord.

I also purchased hummus but I wasn’t impressed by the flavor so I think I am going to try making it myself. Everything looks so delicious! Mushrooms are a really good meat substitute! I added a taco seasoning pack to it. Now Ms. Ma'am, you got me with those oat wraps. Easy to make & looked delicious!! I can't wait to try that recipe out.
