Last year was a bit quiet. This year is madness. The moving and shaking of free agency and the offseason has consumed us whole, especially as the tampering period began. This video is devoted to the AFC and the transactions that occurred in the football landscape. The NFC teams should be out in a few days.
NOTE: And right as I finish this, Haason Reddick gets traded to the Jets. I'll mention that during the Eagles segment.

Compare that to how Bears fans treated Fields: the first time he looked drugged & didn't pass to an open receiver (about week 4 of '22) the Bears didn't take him into the blue tent. Not after that drive, not after he did it again in the same game.This shows they _knew_ he wasn't concussed.
How can they possibly HAVE known that? He was executing the plays As Called. So we had the Bears' own coaches tell him he wasn't allowed to pass to certain receivers on certain plays even if they got open.
They stuck to this *for **_a YEAR_* sabotaging him & the fans pretended that they didn't see or hear anything thus allowing it to continue.
In their case the fault *was* the play-calling & instead they chased their own franchise QB out of town. I only wish he got to be on a team with a receiving corps.
The Steelers signing Cordarrelle Patterson may be the most significant move of the offseason considering the new XFL kickoff moves that were just implemented.
Could be. It depends on how much he has left in him. If they are getting the Patterson that was in Minnesota, and Atlanta than yeah. If they are getting the one from Oakland? NAH!

Ironic that the music actually represents a failed king, that never got the gate he wanted built lol. For those unaware, this is from Pictures at an Exhibition, movement 10, by Mussorgsky. The "pictures" referrs to paintings by Viktor Hartman that inspired the music, one of Hartman's paintings was a big gate that the king wanted but ultimately never built.

To those who weren't sold on the Texans last year because of their creampuff schedule, that won't be a factor this season. They've got the obligatory division winner schedule, which means they'll see the Chiefs and the Ravens, as well as tours through the NFC North and AFC East, and a trip up I-45 to Jerryworld. Going from 6th easiest last year to 5th hardest this year. What a difference a year makes...
Well with the Bengals it wasn't just a Burrow injury that costed them a playoff berth before he got hurt Burrow and the team were struggling against AFC North foes and only won 1 game within the division. Winning only 1 divisional game isn't going to help your playoff hopes. I think it is safe to say that the Texans are finally over the Bill O' Brien disaster
Yup. They were getting swept by the Ravens regardless, especially with how many flaws their defense had last year, and their only win was against a Browns team resting starters. They gotta fix their record in the AFC North if they want to go far.

So regarding the Raiders and moving on from Jacobs.
It seems apparent we feel that Zamir White is primed for a breakout season. He did extremely well in his 4 starts last season getting 69, 145,71 and 112 rushing yds in each game. And he's also getting ripped this offseason.
Think Raiders are gonna surprise people but don't think they gonna do anything special. Id say prob a 6th or 7th seed playoff exit
Josh Jacobs is indeed overrated.

@@jvgaming7348 to be completely fair when josh mcdaniels was there the raiders had a historically awful run game. The oline rush scheming and the run playcalling was absolutely terrorism
The problem is almost no weak team didn't upgrade. So far the Chargers & Cardinals got worse & both are in a prime position to trade for a wad or draft good players. Even the Titans & Giants have made major upgrades, if only to the D in the case of the Giants.

I’ve been subscribed for at least 5 years and watch every video and I couldn’t tell you what the difference is between a “sportsball” or a “haters guide” except that sportsball is what the weekly football vids are called and the haters guides come before all star games and playoffs

1. Over 30 and majorly slowing down
2. Had two ACL injuries to two different legs over two years (we’ll miss you Tre 😢)
As a Jets Fan, I'm actually extremely happy with their Off-season so far. The Three Linemen we needed last off-season. Smith gets injured, but always makes it back for the Playoffs.

As a Ravens fan, it sucked that we lost a ton of depth in the offseason, but the great thing about our organization is that we are one of the best at replacing departing free agents. Considering that both Patrick Queen and Kevin Zeitler's replacements are already on the roster, and every single core player will be back next season, we're in better shape than a lot of our own fanbase believes. (Definitely better than what it was between 2018 and 2019) Now what do we do in the draft? I'd say draft a tackle in the 1st Round and go with a WR in the 2nd. We can always sign edge rushers, veteran receivers, and guards during training camp like we always do. It sucks that Mike Macdonald (For me it stings not for what he did on the field but for sentimental reasons) is gone, but his replacement Zach Orr is bringing back the "Organized Chaos" motto from the time when Rex Ryan was our DC. I smell a 2018 Capitals-type run in 2024 considering the makeup of this roster. (Note that I'm a Flyers fan from Baltimore and I still have the guts to say this. At least I respect them and the Pens more than the Rangers and Devils)
Totally agree with everything you just said, however. Whos zeitlers replacement? Vorhees? Also more importantly. The afc is going to be an absolute warzone. A 2018 capitals run, while possible. May be out of reach due to literally everyone in the afc except for like 2-3 teams being legitimate threats. Also losing mike macdonald is truly a blow. Defensive genius no other way around it
@@Aburner960 The NFL is such a hard league to predict especially at this time of the year. I know on paper there are 11-12 legit teams in the AFC, but you never know because yes a bunch of those teams have great talent, but they lack structure and discipline. I know Harbs isn't the perfect coach but he does preach those two things very well. Not to mention the Ravens are experts at finding ways to replace departing free agents on the fly. And in regards to Zeitler's replacement that would be Ben Cleveland. His performance against Miami in Week 17 showed me that he's ready to take that role head-on.
@@michaelhession2105 you know i really wasnt expecting us to beat you in the afccg. But if the defence doesnt skip a beat and they adjust to not going pass heavy at wrong times. At their best they’re truly unstoppable. Losing the depth sucks but honestly. They’re still the best team in the afc imo
@@Aburner960 People outside of Baltimore will overlook the Ravens going into this season, and thats the type of sport where they play their best. This is a franchise that loves being the underdog and hates being the favorite. Although to me thats a Baltimore Tradition because the Orioles also have labeled as underdogs thanks to the Yankee Media.

The Chiefs will win the AFC west again. The Steelers will win the AFC north with Cincy challenging. The Texans will finish 8-9 or 9-8 as JAX wins 10 games and the AFC south. The Bills and Jets will fight it out for the AFC east. If the Jets stay healthy I believe they squeak out winning the division by 1 game.

Call me crazy, but making tens of millions of dollars playing a sport... If I was on a team I really believed in I would negotiate a lesser contract to stay on the team. Once you've made your first big contract you don't ever have to worry about money ever again for the rest of your life... I would want to win. The problem with that thinking is the organisation treats you just like a business asset / commodity so I guess that defines the players' attitude also.
Keeping my expectations low for my Pats this season; after the debacle that was last season, its rebuild time. I'm just here for the memes this season; thank god we have the eternal Broncos Country memes lmao. I also end up looking forward to the Chargers segments in these vids just for the fact there's usually Metal Gear music for accompaniment.
