The Eagles were an example of just how important coaching and coordinators are. Johnson and Desai (and Patricia) let the entire team down. It was painful to watch all that talent just erode away into the sunset because there was 0 creativity or scheming on offense (ESPECIALLY against the blitz). And the defense just couldn't help but be so conservative that the secondary were basically easy pickings for any opposing offense. I think they learned their lesson though... Johnson and Desai were pretty new to being coordinators from what I remember.
I’m not an Eagles fan but I’d be PISSED if I was one. Brian Johnson had three plays in his middle school playbook: shotgun run, bubble screen, and brotherly shove. It was that pathetic.
As a Chicago Bears fan you were right on the money on everything It was impressive that they got the first overall pick without even losing games for it It is impressive that montes sweat was the cornerstone of our pass rush but at the same Time the question is Justin Fields personally as a bear fan I don't want him to leave personally I think they could build around him cuz I think Luke Getsley and Matt Maggie fail him personally when he got drafted I knew he was dealt a bad hand when he got drafted to us if Chicago does keep him first things first offensive line he needs another receiver to throw it to and that money that the Bears have that better go to the damn defense cuz there's a lot of questions to be answering and hopefully they have a great off-season and hopefully 85% of us bear fans learn when to keep the mouth shut and then just watch the damn rebuild happen
23:03 Praying that things go right in the offseason for the Cardinals is what I was doing before Kurt Warner took us to the Super Bowl. I was very young then, so I don’t remember much, but I know for a fact those were dark days for us, and I’m not ready to go back 😢

"Never stop fighting addiction" is a bit of wholesomeness in the salt-fest. "Continuously sad Perna noises" made me snicker. And don't worry, Bears fans are used to disappointment; I was raised to cheer for the Chicago Cubs, so I'm REALLY used to disappointment. Chicago and Seattle's teams in particular seemed emblematic of their cities...
Seahawks fan here. I feel as though a good chunk of talent is there for MacDonald to build his defense around (particularly Witherspoon and Diggs, Woolen and Adams if he can bring them back to form). I was a big Pete Carroll defender, and I stand by that one more year would have been okay in my book, but nonetheless I am excited to see how MacDonald does as the new head coach. John Schneider seems to believe that minor adjustments would be necessary to contend. RIP to the Gum.
We falcons fans and standards so low you have to get a shovel to find them. The true Valentine's day couple. God Bless the Falcons, you guys fill me with joy, sadness, anger, hope, despair, and everything in between.
As a Saints fan, regardless of what happens next year its over. Low expectations with this team, might not even make the playoffs. Just want a complete rebuild with the team, staff and front office
Back to the 90s? Oh Tree, the Pats are back to late 70s/early 80s form without so much as a Flutie in sight. Those 20 years and six wins were a hell of a run that’s never coming back but it was a mazing while it lasted and now they’re back to normal.
As a Saints fan, I used to really enjoy football. Nowadays you can tell Mickey Loomis has stopped giving a fuck and just wants a paycheck in his bank account at the end of every pay period. I still slightly hope we’re gonna figure it out but at this rate that optimism is just delusion
As a former Panthers fan, I don't even give the new head coach 2 years in his role. I give it half a season before Tepper throws another tantrum and fires everyone to make himself head coach and GM. Knowing him, it's all a plan to sap any remaining fans of joy so he can move them and Charlotte FC in a few years without any fuss.
This Vikings season was absolute torture. ●Start 1-4 after constantly losing games in soul shattering fashion ●Get back to .500 only for Kirk to get injured for the year ●8 quarters of Dobbs magic only for him to fall off a cliff on Monday Night Football and make me question my fandom ●Nick Mullens being the best backup of the season and never winning a single game he started ●T.J. Hockenson ACL and MCL tear ●Losses to Detroit and Green Bay near or on holidays ●Possibly the last season of Harrison Smith on the team ●Everyone talking about how Kirk would make other teams Super Bowl contenders, yet those same people saying he sucked and was overrated on the Vikings ●Idiotic mock trades involving Justin Jefferson I think the team has potential to be a legit contender when they're firing on all cylinders like they were on Monday Night Football and in Lambeau(WITHOUT JJ). I'd like to see the team keep Kirk for two more seasons and draft his replacement to study behind him. It would break my heart for the last Kirk moment in Minnesota to be the greatest SKOL chant ever only for the team to end 2023 in the worst way possible.

@@Chuck_EL Not as brutal as how they butchered Luke's character in The Last Jedi. I think that's the only reason I have it below Rise of Skywalker, even with it's awful plot and ending.
Johnson and Desai were pretty new to being coordinators from what I remember.
watching eagles games this year made me frustrated and im not even an eagles fan and I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR THEM
I’m not an Eagles fan but I’d be PISSED if I was one. Brian Johnson had three plays in his middle school playbook: shotgun run, bubble screen, and brotherly shove. It was that pathetic.
@@thekingbarrelmaker7642 I could call plays better than him in madden lmao
Pain.
As a Jests fan beating Bill Billycheeks in his last game as a Patriots HC is probably the closest we'll get to a Super Bowl win.
...another one you mean. You have 1
@oddballskull1941 Yeah, when my dad was 4 and my mom was a fetus.
I loved how Pat McAfee had Arthur Smith on the show a bunch this year as if Arty was the special kid that the popular kids befriended
Knock knock.
Who's there.
Falcon.
Falcon who.
Falcons gonna Falcon until there is nothing left to falcon.
One of my favorite Tree quotes: "what the fuck was that?" 🤣🤣
The Jet Moto 2 Mach Schnell music under the Colts season is very good.
I thought i heard an AEW reference and had to rewind and to compare it to the Jaguars is perfect 😭
How do you always drop in childhood nostalgia. That perfect dark gave me goosebumps
Uche is tumbling in his grave. The Jags collapse was brutal.
RIP
11:11 that glorious MGS theme one more time for the season. Thank you tree as always !
23:03 Praying that things go right in the offseason for the Cardinals is what I was doing before Kurt Warner took us to the Super Bowl. I was very young then, so I don’t remember much, but I know for a fact those were dark days for us, and I’m not ready to go back 😢
As a lions fan it's cool to see our highlights in this vid and not consistent lowlights
I’m ready for my Jags to get grilled…
Me too 😢
Did not expect Michael Corleone to be a Jags fan
8-3 to missing the dance was truly an epic collapse. RIP
7:26
Careful Tree, the moment the AEW fans find out you gave them a slight bit of criticism they’ll come at you hard like Swifties
I've had so much paperwork today and then this pops up in my notifications. Perfect break video
Jet Moto music!!? Tree you’re the goat
7:27 Careful Tree. Tony Khan might have another twitter meltdown if he hears you say that.
as a commanders fan, i’m honestly surprised you didn’t rip into us for hiring kliff kingsbury as our offensive coordinator. that hire alone broke my fucking brain
Okay, the Plin, Plin, Plon during the Bengals was PERFECT.
UPDATE: The Kansas City Chiefs have officially repeated as Super Bowl Champions.
The NFL is officially fucked.
Happy to have this while I'm waiting for the NHL mid-season video. Excited for the NFL off-season though! Go Green Bay!
As a recovering addict, it meant a lot, the way you handled the Irsay incident!
One thing about the jags that wasn’t mentioned: The curse of the terrible towel struck again!!!
Hey tree I appreciate the wwf no mercy song in the ad.
Love your stuff. You are bang on about the Seahawks. They seem stuck in mediocrity...again.
So pumped for the baseball vids coming back
As a Saints fan, regardless of what happens next year its over. Low expectations with this team, might not even make the playoffs. Just want a complete rebuild with the team, staff and front office
Lived almost my whole life in Houston and every time I see the Titans wear the Oilers jersey I’m disgusted
The random serious turn for all of 6 seconds before laughing at the gaguars is peak tree
Seahawks just wasn't ready and had a dream year last season by chance, they still on a rebuild that fully started now
........Numbed in purple pain....I love the Vikings, but I'm hopeless.....
Was not expecting the AEW burn lol
10:51 you know you fucked up when the Raiders player with a Raiders TATTOO is telling you I’m demanding a trade
I never get tired of the Chargers 'Pain' tweet
The Spider-Man music for the Falcons killed me
To be fair this season was chaos and i loved every single minute of it
Damn that Pizza Time song has already infested my head and Tree tosses it in to Atlanta section🤣
I heard it watching Arthur Smith's playcalling...
End of an error 😂 underrated joke
15:31 I must have missed it but I had reasonable expectations and the NFL isn’t my only circle on Twitter. 🤷🏽♂️
It’ll be interesting to see how next year plays out with these teams
Back to the 90s? Oh Tree, the Pats are back to late 70s/early 80s form without so much as a Flutie in sight. Those 20 years and six wins were a hell of a run that’s never coming back but it was a mazing while it lasted and now they’re back to normal.
The Ride n-...nnnnope. I'm not saying it. You can't make me😭
I was scrolling for the last 10 minutes looking for something to watch. Thank you tree.
As a cowboys fan, at least we got to the playoffs
And I thought you would choke to the Niners
@@ronnickels5193 that’s the best part, you can’t choke if you don’t even make it to the divisional round: 5D chess
Did they actually show up to their game though?
@@bellacose3837 again it was 6D Chess
Cowboys be like...
Why the hell the Texas Rangers had to win the World Series?
My personal feeling on this season, mid regular season, one of my favorite playoffs ever
This Vikings season was absolute torture.
●Start 1-4 after constantly losing games in soul shattering fashion
●Get back to .500 only for Kirk to get injured for the year
●8 quarters of Dobbs magic only for him to fall off a cliff on Monday Night Football and make me question my fandom
●Nick Mullens being the best backup of the season and never winning a single game he started
●T.J. Hockenson ACL and MCL tear
●Losses to Detroit and Green Bay near or on holidays
●Possibly the last season of Harrison Smith on the team
●Everyone talking about how Kirk would make other teams Super Bowl contenders, yet those same people saying he sucked and was overrated on the Vikings
●Idiotic mock trades involving Justin Jefferson
I think the team has potential to be a legit contender when they're firing on all cylinders like they were on Monday Night Football and in Lambeau(WITHOUT JJ). I'd like to see the team keep Kirk for two more seasons and draft his replacement to study behind him. It would break my heart for the last Kirk moment in Minnesota to be the greatest SKOL chant ever only for the team to end 2023 in the worst way possible.
Can't wait to watch this in full over dinner
