A low level of empathy characterizes a wide variety of diagnosis, including some forms of Autism spectrum disorder. That seems more likely than sociopathy

Yeah... but he actively lies, cheats, steals and scams others with no remorse. That's not something that's commonly associated with Autism. Sociopathy lines up more closely to his behaviour, but it's all a spectrum I suppose.

As if normal people care all that much about other people and their wellbeing. I've watched this whole human game for long enough to realize that most people mostly think about themselves, but they have learned to navigate relationships by distinguishing whats acceptable and what isn't so that it doesn't harm them. Deep down nobody cares that much about other people, they just don't admit it, even to themselves. Sometimes you see the cracks in the facade, for example in an in-group vs outgroup situation. But you just refuse to compromise your authenticity, or cannot do so maybe. And you are paying the price for it, because the price for authenticity is always being the outsider. But sometimes you become a cult leader if you're lucky.

Very smart and true.... "Seeing through the Matrix" really just means that we know even the most "wholesome" friendships are very transactional and people are ALWAYS questioning how we benefit them.
I've observed this so close, for so long. Look at how even babies aren't loved unconditionally, they're loved because they're cute and new to the parents.
My cousin tried arguing with me cos we once had to drive home tipsy (not me at the wheel) and when he started bitching that what I did was selfish I said "so what?! so is everyone.." cos people really do just think about themselves about 9/10 times and even when they think of others, they're still fundamentally focused on what treatment is acceptable and just that they want to keep you sweet to have you around to comfort them... it's wholesome but still transactional..
So yeh... I see this all over the place. It reall starts to make things complicated and I wonder if Sociopaths are just the exact same as others in ideals it's just that they don't cave when people ask them to let others have their turn cos Sociopaths know that it's them who matter most and i that's true then why would they ever go and let someone have something they need?

Well Daniel I’ve been watching you since like 2018, and from what I can tell, you just have a lot of childhood trauma that was unresolved, and also you probably have autism (I do too, I can recognise the signs) which makes it harder for you to socialise and understand others feelings. Regardless, you’ve entertained me for a long time!

Daniel, even if you ARE a sociopath, that does not mean you are evil, bad or a failure. Just as some people have depression, or anxiety, or autism or ADHD. It's just a part of who you are, and will inform your actions and attitudes. People will understand why you do what you do once they know that you are a sociopath. You can be a good person, and be a sociopath, just means you have to practice some mindfulness when you interact with others.

As an ex-psychology student heres some info that id use personally to attempt a diagnosis:
"no remorse for hurting people" rules out autism to me
"no desire to hurt people" rules out psychopathy.
if you understand you're doing something wrong when you lie and hide and cheat, youre likely not a narcissist as narcissists need to feel correct and justified all the time, and will deny any wrongdoings
most likely sociopathy! people with sociopathy are everywhere and plenty are totally functional and valid members of society who dont really do anything particularly wrong. People act like you must be a horrible monster if you are one, but plenty live a day to day life, getting coffee, walking a dog, or getting married just like everyone else. There are changes and it can be harder to be accountable and relate to people, but its just like any disorder, something you learn to cope with and keep living.

Many people have behavioral issues, they flip between being normal and not normal, though the condition Bi-Polar is said to obsolete such a word best describes the flip flop effect. This video is a break through, such negative behavioral issues or syndromes or complexes requires 'admitting' as to confess to oneself and then be apologetic and do not further be such a way, and thus such a syndrome or complex can be helped. Doing so seems to be that of what Christianity ask of, that which is to 'Repent' and to further not be such a way is 'To turn away from Evil'

I am a licensed social worker of many years. As someone who has worked with people on the autistic spectrum (this includes what was commonly known as Asperger’s meaning, autistic without low IQ) and more recently somebody who works with people who meet criteria for psychopathic disorder, I believe that you are most likely on the autistic spectrum (Asperger’s syndrome). Low levels of empathy can be characteristic of a number of disorders. Psychopaths don’t feel empathy. People on the autistic spectrum have difficulties, understanding, empathy, i.e. it’s a cognitive lack of empathy. Rather than it’s absolute absence. You clearly do have empathy given you’ve cried when watching, upsetting things on the TV and you’re able to reflect on the past behaviours and realise that that was wrong.

Also FYI i have more empathy for my stuffed animals than people.

Dude, I watch your videos because it's entertaining and I can relate at times and I think you're not really that bad and I have to say people are too judgemental towards you. But to be honest, sometimes you're insensitve (like what you said to Deepak and his Mom). Who knows? Maybe he loves his mom that much (because I do) . No matter what age you are, when a loved one dies it is truely hard to do things. I don't know, but do you consider someone your loved one? (not just people you have sex with.. like your mother or sister?).
I don't know, maybe you just DON'T LOVE your own parents that MUCH, so you can't relate to Deepak.. Because knowing what you said, you're Mom is annoying.. so you don't care that much.. I can totally understand that.. We don't cry for the people we don't love that much but at least don't say something negative (or wicked) to them. It's like someone laughting at you when you were crying when your Dad died. That's a stupid(and bad thing) thing to do..
Either that, or you're kinda sociopath.. maybe at most 20%.

I dont think you are a sociopath. You are better and kinder than you give yourself credit for. But you struggle to understand other persons and social cues. You should discuss this with a psychologist if you want a correct answer to this, dont listen to the "Internett doctor" Good luck, Daniel😊
