your stats seem a bit low, but make sure that your pillar windows are executed perfectly and that you arent missing or overlapping KM procs inside of them
You tried the riders build yet and compared to this? Even seen people running breath now in m+, its only an alt of mine but want to push m+ once my main is finished (or i hit my ceiling)
I'm playing since 5 weeks now and picked up DK like 2 weeks ago. My DPS is fluctuating a lot, I was able to hit like 600-800k a couple of times (iLvl atm 593). But usually I'm hovering around 300k, I think I'm executing the rotation not properly. And is it possible that I might move "too much"? Is that a thing in Wow? Whats the general rotation and how do you rotate outside of Pillar of Frost? Are there any tweaks/tricks that make it easier (UI settings or other usefull addons?)
moving too much is definitely a thing as a caster, but not really as a melee unless you are moving out of melee range. for the time being I recommend checking out the wowhead frost dk guide, it is very well done. I will be releasing a video guide here in 1-2 weeks though

Not sure, it does that with Commander from Unholy too. Must just be a bug with how the addon registers the abilities since they are casted on the player I guess
I just went through this pain yesterday. Did more DMG in M+ as 2h Frost compared to unholy but when I got my 1h weapons at the end of the day I jumped like 400k DPS in AOE. Its waaaay better in my experience.

yeah I would just look at a few things 1. is pillar coming up soon? if so I would make sure to have a charge ready to go 2. do you have KM procs heading into the pack without pillar? if so I would consider using DND
Is there a reason why your haste is so high compared to crit? You have 24% haste and 10% crit. I thought it was recommended or bis to have more crit than haste. Do you go for more haste when looking for gear?
if you were looking at my armory its because I logged off in my gear for unholy, crit + mastery is def the go-to my frost stats: 25% crit 11% haste 49% mastery 6% vers
not fully, I did raid splits on it this tier. I've just enjoyed DK more overall since I started playing it in 10.1.5/10.2 there will def be more SP content at some point in the future
Yea, Don't ever look at normal. Look at heroic 99th percentile. About middle of the pack. The thing with Frost DK is that the ST build is very easy to mess up the rotation and drop breathe of sin early aswell, And most of the good FDK's if not all, Arent grinding normal raid parses, They're in heroic/mythic

yeah personally I'm not really a huge fan of riders. I heavily prefer deathbringer

Depends on your definition of viable, can it do +10s? Yes, but it is pretty significantly worse than dual wield or just playing unholy

Pillars of frost is not on the global cd so you can proc them at the exact same time

the best would be one similar to the one in this video, or a Rider of the Apocalypse variation with a shorter cd on Frostwyrm's Fury
