One week old Red Lyriq flat tire. Slight curb rash pin hole leak is unfixable. Loved it when we drove. Learning curve of all the screens to be 2nd nature takes time. Home charging great, now must learn fast charging from EVGO for long trips.

Thanks for the question. It would seem that if you use the Google assistant and say “show audio settings”, it will bring up a menu that will allow you to adjust those volumes or turn them off. I’ve heard that it’s a bit glitchy so you may need to try it a couple of times. Thanks for watching!

@@TwoGuysandaRide By the way, I bought my current car used from Snell, a red 2014 Cadillac ELR, in 2019. It still gets compliments. I bought it with 38k miles for $23,800 and it now has 92k miles. Except for tires and a few oil changes it has cost me only about $250 (to diagnose a loose connector on the front facing camera.)

Thanks for the questions. I believe you have 40 presets available. Yes you use the play store but you will need to set up an account which you can do on a computer or in the vehicle itself. Thanks for watching!
I believe if you place the motor sound in the relaxed mode, that will be quieter than what you’re hearing. Look under vehicle settings, then click on drive mode customization, then look down the list on the left, and click on motor sound you can switch the sound from normal to relaxed, but doesn’t seem to be a place to turn it off. Ok once your in the lighting menu you should see another option called exit lighting click on it. If you don’t have that option there something is not right as that is where you can make the adjustments. If it’s not there I’d suggest taking it back to the dealership. Perhaps it needs an update.
Thanks for the question. On the main infotainment screen swipe through to the last page and you will see an icon labeled “controls”. @TwoGuysandaRide My bad, I didn't mention that it's a brand new car. I just picked it up. For maps, do I need to connect to android auto for maps to work? I did setup my Cadillac and add my Google account
@@SimarBhamra ok if it’s brand new then you have an onstar trial which is free for a period of time (check with your dealer on how long). But why leave out a hud system? Saftey is a#1 issue Keep your head up Thankyou Tady Mon, Jan 1, 4:51 AM (2 days ago) to me According to a post on Cadillac Owners Forum, the availability of the Heads-Up Display (HUD) on the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq is still uncertain1. However, a recent post on the same forum suggests that the 2024 Lyriq manual has a section on HUD1. The manual mentions that the HUD will be available on the Sport 3 and Luxury 3 trims, while the other trims will receive a standard HUD1. It is important to note that the information in the manual is subject to change and may not be accurate1 The Cadillac Lyriq serves as Caddy’s very first all-electric production model, offering up a long list of high-tech features. That said, one glaring omission from the Lyriq’s feature list is a head-up display (HUD), something which the Lyriq’s platform-mate, the all-new Chevy Blazer EV, does offer. With that in mind, we think it’s high time that GM offers a HUD for the Cadillac Lyriq. Critically, the Cadillac Lyriq does not offer a HUD, despite riding on the same GM BEV3 platform as the Chevy Blazer EV. As GM Authority covered back in March, it was originally believed that the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq would offer a HUD, specifically a display with augmented reality technology developed in collaboration with U.K.-based tech startup Envisics. Now, however, it turns out this is not the case, and the Lyriq still does not offer a HUD, nor has Cadillac set a date for the introduction of a HUD for the Lyriq in the future. The information is displayed just within the driver’s line of sight so as not to block their view of the road, while still providing information closer to their view than the gauge cluster behind the wheel. This technology is particularly useful for things like navigation directions, vehicle speed, or safety system warnings, as it allows the driver to view the information without taking their eyes off the road. The Chevy Blazer EV offers a HUD (RPO code UV6) as part of the RS Convenience and Driver Confidence Package (RPO code ZL5), which is bundled together with several other safety and convenience features, including Adaptive Cruise Control (RPO code KSG), Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking (RPO code UGN), a Rear Camera Mirror (RPO code DRZ), and more.
