    Videos are absolutely brilliant. I went to YT looking on how to remove a broken key in a lock. Now I'm considering making Raised garden beds 😂

    Great job Bill. Nice that you have so much space to facilitate growing your own food.
    Fair play for pointing out the build error. For any novice DIYer's out there watching the video, it lets them know that no one is infallible and we all make mistakes.

    Hi Bill, awesome job mate, and your 100% on the growing your own fruit and veg, I planted lemons seeds, and grew about 38 of them, I kept the first one that sprouted, his name is Bruno, and gave all the rest away to family and friends, that was around 5 years ago, Bruno has produced the biggest, juiciest lemons you’ll ever taste, as big as a grapefruit if not bigger, so this is the next part I’m going to build, as Bruno’s in the ground, the rest I’ll be using this method, thanks again for your great video’s 🤙🏼🇦🇺

    Definitely happy to see what you grow. That’s a beast of a raised garden bed - will you irrigate it too? The soaker ones work well

  • @genericrobin6597
    @genericrobin6597 Год назад +1

    They look great. Do raised beds have benefits besides looking pretty? Filling then with soil must be expensive.

    • @billshowto
      @billshowto  Год назад

      Less bending so you will save your back👍 . Regarding filling with soil, there are many ways around this if you have a higher garden bed. The base can be filled with timber, logs or branches. You can also create a hollow base with a shelf so that you only have to fill it half way

    Great video Bill, would love some videos on planting fruit and veggies. Quick question your trick connecting the top and bottom sleepers to avoid any bowing or warping, would it also work for connecting planks of wood to be used as an office desk?
    Thanks as always the the insightful and interesting content!!!

    • @billshowto
      @billshowto  Год назад +1

      Hi, you could definitely do that. It may be difficult to do though depending on the thickness of the wood. May be easier to use dowel rods with glue 👍
