yes you can absolutely! Alcohol doesn’t diminishes your training at all. It actually makes your more energetic and refresh for training. Because I did it and I didn’t feel any different when training. I did pro wrestling for 5yrs and I know first hand of what I’m saying.

To be honest, I did like his run in TNA after his first retirement match against Micheals. He was like another Ric Flair we never got to see before, and it was fun to watch. Plus, that infamous promo with Jay Lethal wouldnt have happened otherwise. I believe that what was supposed to be his final match vs Sting was a really good end to his career and a really good final opponent. This final match shouldnt have happened. It did sadly tarnish the end of his career.
The craziest thing for me, is I was in the crowd that night and it seemed like a great time. Of course ric was slower but overall everyone there had a great time watching it and it was enjoyable. And then after the fact we heard everyone saying what a train wreck it was, so I went back and watched it and everyone was right. But in practical sake it’s wild to even consider the possibility of what a one on one match would be when it would be a 65 year old sting and a 75 year old Ric Flair. I’m all for guys getting to make their own decisions on this stuff even if wouldn’t be well received by many but that one would just be rough to see. The approach they had for the last match PPV was the right idea by having the younger guys involved to carry the bulk of the load and then have Ric pop in here and there but as we saw even trying to accommodate real life limitations as they did it was still bad because of whatever happened with Ric. But in the end I’ll accept whatever happens because it ain’t my call.

Too many wrestlers go on too long and ruin the ending of their careers. I’m starting to see it now with the likes of John Cena and The Rock, who both cannot wrestle anywhere near as well as they used to and it just becomes sad to see them in the ring because you wanna remember them in their prime. Both Cena and Rock should have their final matches at WrestleMania this year and retire from in ring action for good. It’s like when Stone Cold came back, why? He had the perfect ending losing to Rock at WrestleMania. Then to see him look sloppy and slow in his “comeback” against Kevin Owens just ruins a fairytale ending.. I could go on, Shawn Michaels. Why did he return at Crown Jewel and ruin his final match against Undertaker? Look how AWFUL that tag team match was at Crown Jewel.. The Undertaker another one who went on for far too many years when his ability in the ring was no longer there. Although his final retirement match against AJ Styles was a fitting end for him and he should stick to that. Then you’ve got the likes of Triple H, Kane etc who never even got a final match.. Because again they go on too long, they should have called it quits years ago and had a fitting end to their incredible careers. It’s just sad to see these superstars not get the ending they deserve. Kurt Angle is my all time favourite and it’s sad how his final match turned out.
