This was such a phenomenal interview, Chris. I'm glad you're seeing so much success, because your interviews always bring out the best in people when it comes to their answers and insight into the business.
the us shameless is nothing but a cheap pale imitation of the real original shameless, and to think shameless us was once nominated for an award called the most original tv show, it was literally copied scene for scene from the original.
Flair is amazing. The GOAT and I love him. He seems so much at peace now and that’s awesome. He deserves it after all he’s given us through the decades.
One thing is for sure, CVV is so damned good at his job! After watching/listening to Chris's vids, the majority of these wrestler podcats just sound SOOOO minor league. I know a lot of people hate Conrad - I don't - but Conrad could learn a few things about interviewing from CVV. He has the perfect balance of participation and listening.
Ric always wants one more match, and we wanted his last match to be 20 years ago. Dont let anyone make fun of someone for donating time around him though...
I appreciate you showing up sober Ric. It's a lot nicer to remember you this way as a real champ. it says a lot of about you Chris and how much he respects your show Wooooooooooooo😂

I agree. My father has been gone a few years now. So, anyone who still has their father should appreciate the time they still get. Oh course if the father was good.
You know what, let him wrestle, but don't mourn or shed a tear for him if he drops dead in the ring, I'm not wishing that on him at all but it might be the only way he finally calls it a day, each time he make it through a match at his age it makes him more determined to get that "one more match"

The section about TNA took a serious turn of reflection for Flair. You see it in his face. Chris, you did a great job at navigating that segment and pivoting him away. Really shows you are in tune with your guests. Great interview skills!
would love for you to have a long form wrestling interview with Rock, have you actually discussed this with his team recently? I'm pretty sure he would be at least OPEN to it happening one day...
I've seen many Ric Flair interviews. Ric seems to get irritated by interviewers questions at times. You do a great job of not doing that and I see Ric Flair respects you.
I love hearing Ric laugh! Thank you Ric for everything you've done for our business man! I just wanna pay respect while your still alive.....I don't wanna see the day, I'm not saying that, but so many times people do all this after someone passes! Just doing it while he's still here!
As a fan, it was clear when Flair was being buried by Jim Herd and Bischoff. That is why that 1992 Royal Rumble was so special. Flair mentioned (with a tear in his eye!) that this was the greatest day in his life and it was for many fans as well to see him get the respect he deserved.
Might sound weird but RF has answered so many questions to the point I want to hear stories of random hookups on the road with details but not too much detail.

I agree, Ric was blown up doing a tag team match and now he's over a year older. Doesn't Ric have a pacemaker?
One more match! Two bumps and carry him out on stretcher.
I don’t think Ric minds dying in a match, doing what he loves.

He was in Tampa lol
Both Hogan and Flair have been on a podcast run as of late, starting with the great Theo Von
Two of the all time racist wrestling greats back to back
AND Maven. In the Florida area too! Wooooo!
I still think they missed a good opportunity not putting Hogan and Flair on a reality show living together
CVV is killin' it with these interviews lately! LEGENDARY!
Ric Flair going to TNA gave us Jay Letal's impression of him and thats something to be thankful for when he went to TNA
Flair was talking about Shameless. It's based in Chicago around a dysfunctional family where the daughter kind of raises all the kids.

He’s like Terry Funk. Man legitimately wants to die in the ring.
Ric should revive the ancient art of being a manager.. The new 'Brain'. No bumps, all wresting psychology....
The drop off in use of managers definitely added to the loss of interest in wrestling. WWE decided it was too carny.
