This is mymfirst yr musky fishing thanks for our videos! I did a guide this spring, I fish cricks with no boat, the bait is tye hardest part fo me as I just buy bunch of paints lol, live in Northern western PA
Awesome video and great tips, I use the shorter 7’ 6” heavy mojo musky for musky fishing out of my kayak and it’s been a really great rod and I can throw pretty much anything on it from bucktails to the regular size Medusa and it handles then all really well
I was very fortunate when I caught my first and only musky in that I was fishing for catfish and was using a circle hook so it was very easy to unhook lol
I would say people should start with a Pisifun Alijoz reel, used 2 for 3 musky seasons and threw everything you can throw. Best musky reel if you can’t afford a tranx.

Thanks for watching. Don't overcomplocate the baits just choose something you feel confident with and stick with it. Color is least important.

That's great man and thanks for watching. Those shorter ones are less expensive and a great option for Kayak fishing. Good luck out there!

Really solid advice Sam! I should do a video detailing all the ways to lose a musky! 😁
