That cart would make a great track box and you could stock it with the old tools. Also don't worry about the talking/planning it's the key to good work for many people

It is always nice to have a small cart with the tool sizes you use the most to roll around the shop.
Once you buy new tools if your not planning on ever using the old one's again maybe donate them to a young car guy that's just starting out and trying to do good for his self. Just an ideal.

I'm a full-time mechanic, and I use a flip top cart for diagnostic tools and computers. A roll box for repair tools, and a stationary box for storing special tools. As I upgrade my work tools I take the extras home and put them in my garage. Never throw away tools because you may need a crappy one to modify
The way Kevin from KSR puts the wiring mounted to the cage seems like one of the best ways.
I love how after Hayden went hang with Kyle and helped with merch etc, and now he has the money the complete his couple year long project!
We all knock on Kyle due to his details, but he finishes his builds, and I believe funds friends builds when worthy or put in work deserving it

You could also use the glove box for somewhere to mount fuses relays etc. You could cut the back of the glove box and make your own box in Their to hold it, then you could just open glovebox door to access it and it would be hidden and out of the way.
You could have made and uploaded 4 videos from this, show the building of the pipes, more videos mean more money and more satisfied viewers,

I keep all my old miscellaneous tools it's amazing how many wrenches and sockets that need to be ground down to work in tight spots. Sucks to modify new tools that you just bought.

I’d save the old tools... never know when you’ll need to modify one to get at something specific.
You should make a clear plastic cover for the fuses and ecu.

Yeah tools for the track or road trips is cool. Older stuff that works but may get lost or borrowed at the track.

Is that parachute attached with the quick-release pin? I get that you can mount the bag with quick release but i would have thought that the attach point should be solid...
The attach point is solid welded or bolted to the frame. The quick attach point can be anywhere, like the the receiver on a hitch.
You go to replace your wrenches in that go with tekton they're very very nice I replaced all my snap-on with tekton
Save the tools and use them when you need to make your own to fit in different places.
