(Water pump) we had same problem sum1 left the plastic cap on the new radiator where hose attaches or from factory it would turn sideways in radiator hose blow seal in water pump and come out weep hole might be ur prob!

The reason people assume the worst is because no explanation was ever given as to why he was leaving PFI to work for you. A simple 2 minute vid explaining why he left would have prevented all this.
That's what I figured too. Hard to keep customer work going and do the RUclips thing at the same time. Shawn needs those customer jobs to get paid so this was a perfect fit for him.
I figured Brent couldn't afford him or couldn't afford what he should be paid. He mentioned that with fighting the epa and traveling cost it was hard to keep up with the bills so that told me everything right there... guy wasn't making enough cash simple..
