I'm so happy to have found your channel! There is a lot of information out there about narcissistic or borderline family members, but not enough on enmeshment, which is what I am dealing with. Thank you. ❤️

Hey Grey! Thanks so much for the love. Sometime this year will be back to making more videos! If you have any specific topics you’d love for me to address related to enmeshment/differentiation/family systems let me know! Much love! ❤️

@@deborahlara Awesome Deborah, can't wait! I'm still new to the whole enmeshment thing, so I'm not sure what exactly I should ask yet.

Thank you so much for your videos Deborah. I encourage you to continue making more.
A quick question - What is your opinion on triangulation with enmeshed families? Do you think it is more prevalent?
Looking forward to more of your videos!

Absolutely! It's rampant in enmeshed family system and enmeshed human groups in general. I want to do a whole series on triangulation.

Hi Deborah. Do you have a video on differentiation and children? I have read "raising a secure child" and other books on parenting/children, but I often still wonder about children and boundaries. I absolutely grew up in an enmeshed family. I believe I was pulled up into the parental dyad, and also suffered forms of emotional abuse and spiritual abuse, due to enmeshment. I have heard the terms fusion, intrusion, which very much are boundary terms...I would love to hear you speak on this.

Thanks for sharing these steps! I recently realized I grew up in an enmeshed family, and I'm now working to overcome enmeshment. These strategies are a great set of goals for me to embrace and work towards implementing as I begin this process. Thanks again!
