I have rebuild My own rear shock of KX 250 2014. They are pretty same. The question is how I fill the air? We'll I drilled the cap and thread it. I'm using a tube valve. And it's work. I fill the air to 150 psi . You can do it yourself. Don't give up, keep trying.
That sir is a simple thin metal punch. I purchased a set off of the mac truck. But I believe you can find one at any decent store that sells tools. It's a fairly skinny hole.

I've honestly never heard of them until right now. Could be an excellent solution, I just have never used one, so it would be hard to say.
