I hadn't actually watched any of the videos for this till now... Thats a lot of effort to make a simple ice cream.
Thank you for sharing. I love ice cream and sorbet, this product would be perfect 😃😍
We're glad you like it! We hope you'll try it out soon.
Hi I love ice and sorbet this is pro
I'm hoping there's a black friday sale for this. Luv ninja products!
Thank you for the interest in our Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 XL Ice Cream Maker, Ali. We currently have a promotion on the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 XL Ice Cream Maker. Check it out here: spr.ly/6057MNj5h.
Better off going to kohl’s if u have one and u get $45 in back in kohl’s cash
Not sure if you’ve bought one yet, but the Ninja Creami Deluxe is on sale at Costco right now for $180.
Typical Ninja Awesomeness!!!
Thank you for sharing with us, Edward. It is amazing to see your interest in the CREAMi!
Is the max fill line the horizontal circle as in the video or the top of the black vertical line?
I have the same question and the instructions don't say anything about this.
Thank you for your question! Please add your ingredients to the CREAMi pint up to the max fill line. The max fill line is approximately 3/4 up the pint.
More a commercial than practical get started guide, which I was expecting by the search query and its title
I can’t wait to upgrade! But I’m keeping my old one too so I can make more ice cream!
We're sure you'll love the new Ninja CREAMi Deluxe just as much, if not more, than you love your current Ninja CREAMi!
This cleared up a couple of things for me one being what level to fill to when making a scoopable then all else fell into place 🙂
We're very happy this video helped you!
I’m considering buying the Deluxe over the regular model, but I notice the deluxe doesn’t have a “smoothie bowl” setting. Is there an equivalent setting in the deluxe?
We're sorry the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe does not offer a smoothie bowl feature, Rob! Unfortunately, you will not be able to make a smoothie bowl wiht this model.
The "smoothie bowl" program is identically to "Light Ice Cream" on the original Creami
It's just 105 seconds 1790 rpm down and 40 seconds 1790 rpm up
I noticed that the ninja DELUXE version no longer has the "smoothie bowl" button, as compared to the regular creami. Can it still make smoothie bowls?
Thanks for reaching out. This unit doesn't make a smoothie or process hard loose ingredients.
Bought my wife one for Christmas 🎄
That is amazing to hear! We hope that your wife is enjoying the CREAMi.
I want one of these. However I can't stand the use of "pint" in this context, being British...
I just bought the deluxe. I can't even get the container to come off the base. Followed the directions that came with and still won't. Hoping a video might help but this one showed everything but how to take it off. Help!
We're sorry to hear your outer bowl won't release from the motor base after processing, Carley. You can find troubleshooting steps by going here: spr.ly/60593JMvH. If continues, please reach out to us at 1-800-365-0135 Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm ET | Sat. 9am - 6pm ET or you can go to spr.ly/60503JMvy, and then click the green Chat button in the bottom right corner, during business hours.
Press down the release button to the left of the outer bowl and SLIDE the container out (toward the front). It doesn’t actually lift off like it does on the original Creami even though that’s how it’s worded in the instructions. I had the same problem for a moment and I’m assuming you’ve gotten your answer by now but figured I’d reply just in case someone else comes along with the same issue. 😊
@Tammy D Thanks for replying. I did understand the release button part. I couldn't get the container out even though not locked in. Empty container. I watched another RUclips video where they had same problem but finely figured it out. Explained that it just slides out. Handle facing the front without pulling up on it.
Ninja might want to make note of this because it's not listed in their instuctions or trouble shooting their website. Thanks again!
Hi Carley, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We'll surely pass your thoughts along to our team for consideration in any future revisions of our policies and procedures.
Not me thinking it made a ice cream , bought one only to realize it’s an expensive ice cream blender 😡
Hello, Alicia! The CREAMi is not able to be used as a blender. The Creami works by using a Creamify Technology that uses the dual drive motor to apply downward pressure to spin the Creamerizer Paddle that finely shaves and churns ice particles into the creamiest treats. You can see some examples for what the CREAMi can make by going to our recipe page at spr.ly/6058uEJsw.
Can you use the smaller pints in this deluxe machine? We received extra pints as a Christmad gift, but theyre smaller than this deluxe family size that came with our 11in1.
Thanks for reaching out! No, smaller pints aren't compatible with the CREAMi deluxe.
When will it be available in Europe (220V)?
Hi Mikael, We have information and offer customer support only to North America, however, we recommend you to contact our International Department at the email below.
internationalmarketsupport@sharkninja.com
When will the Deluxe model be available in Canada?
We're hoping very soon, Gina! Please stay tuned for updates 🥰
@@NinjaKitchenUS I hope it's really soon the waiting is killing me! 😄
☹️ We promise we'll work on that as soon as possible. We'll be sure to let you know if we have any new information.
Wish I could buy this Ninja creami deluxe in Australia, but nowhere to be found, none of the shops have it, not at Costco, JB HiFi, Harvey Norman, Good Guys, Kitchen Warehouse, nowhere to be found.
Hi Suzette, not all the products have an Australian version, please feel free to reach us at spr.ly/6054OYYEe to find the products available in your country.
@@NinjaKitchenUS thank you, will do that.
You're welcome!
Just got this for my 27th birthday lmao

That is great to hear! We hope that you are getting tons of great use from the Ninja CREAMi.
Bless Ted x 0:10
THANKS FOR THE ANSWER BUT IN EU THERE IS ONLY THE REGULAR NINJA CREAMI 7 IN 1 WHEN THE NINJA CREAMI DELUX 11 IN 1 WILL BA LUNCH IN 230V? THANK YOU
We apologize for any inconvenience on this. Please stay tuned to our European sites for more details.
IT JUST LAUNCHED! :D
When will this be out in Europe for me to buy?… :(
At this time, we don't have any information to share with regard to an EU release, but we'll absolutely share your interest with our team!
Hopefully this summer! @@NinjaKitchenUS 🙏🏼❤️
@@NinjaKitchenUS FINALLY!
I see on fb groups many saying to let your pint sit out for 15 minutes before processing. Do you recommend this? Or process sraight out of the freezer? And why? Thank you in advance.
That's a great question, Pam! We recommend freezing bases between 9F and -7F. Freezers can vary in temperature. RE-SPIN was designed to allow you to achieve creamy texture even if your freezer is colder than -7F. You will not need to let you pint sit for 15 minutes when freezing your pints in the recommended temperature.
Are you able to use whipped cream cheese
Hello Mary. We can only recommend for you to use regular cream cheese for the CREAMi recipes.
Wow you created a mixer 😅
Seems like a lot of prep work for just one pint.
Well if that hasn't sold you, what if I told you it was as loud as a plane engine?
@@BobKyle-hz2yi Oh.. *removes from basket*
Since Ninja is so much on Back Order -- WHY NOT let people who are dying to get one put their names on a Wait List for a small Down Payment ?? -- Then send them that Email to let them know their order is Ready -- instead of when their is ONE in stock.
That would be Wonderful, i feel like i been waiting forever i get too excited when i look to see if they notified me they have some in stock. I would pay in full and wait. :)
That is an excellent suggestion, K.K. We will forward your suggestion to the correct team for future offers.
Great product but blocks counter space. For ice cream lovers should make return on investment on the long term
You never mentioned how to remove it from the base, I’m very frustrated 😣
Hi, Jillian! We'd be happy to assist you. Can you please explain further on your inquiry?
Hello. How to order and did you ship in saudi arabia or philippines??
Greetings, Aimee! It is amazing to hear that you want the CREAMi. To assist you regarding this please private message us via Facebook at spr.ly/6057PEVRR.
Is it safe to mix ice cubes with?
Thanks for reaching out! Please don't process ice or any solid ingredients in the CREAMi.
Got this from someone. Thought it MADE ice cream. Didn't know I had to make a base 24hrs before I wanted it. Makes spontaneous ice cream impossible unless you ALWAYS have a base in the freezer.
Is Heavy Cream suppose to be Whip Cream?
Yes, they are the same 😊
@@NinjaKitchenUS how about Half and Half
We recommend using heavy cream is this recipe! Heavy cream is the same as heavy whipping cream.
When do I select top full or bottom
You can find all the information about this product at spr.ly/6051OCD5X, Claire.
Is there a ice cream hack that has a recipe that doesn't use heavy cream? It's soooo expensive in my area...it would be cheaper to buy alreay made icecream
Thanks for reaching out! You can substitute heavy cream with half & half as well! We have plenty of recipes here: spr.ly/6059psK4N that don't call for heavy cream, too! We hope this helps.
Are the jars plastic or glass
Hey there! The pints are plastic and BPA free.
@@NinjaKitchenUS ahh damn. I was gonna buy it if it were glass
So it’s a blender 😂
Can you make it without the sugar
Greetings, JB! While we do not have recipes that are sugar-free, you can find recipes that use less sugar. For Ninja Test Kitchen recipe, you can substitute raw agave nectar for light corn syrup.
GET IT BACK IN STOCK AND TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY
We're working on inventory, so stay tuned, Andrew!
@@NinjaKitchenUS YOU DONT KNOW HOW TEMPTED I AM TO BUY OFF A EBAY SCALPER RIGHT NOW. PLEASE, I NEED MY ICE CREAM.
We're working hard to get products back in stock, Andrew!
@@NinjaKitchenUS it's been 2 months. I feel betrayed.
@andrewb7040 try and check everyday. I checked today at 8 am and it was in stock

This Should be renamed to a Mcflurry Machine, you could team up with McDonalds they can even sell pre packaged Mcdonalds Ice Cream (Just pour and freeze) all the marketing is already done Everyone knows what a McFlurry Taste like and to have a more cost effective option right at home! ill take 2% of profits for the idea 😉Got one for Fathers Day and Love it !
I dont like cream cheese what now
Annoying music is distracting- and messes with your beta brain waves- not cool
Thanks for your feedback, Denise!

Beta brain waves lol Anatomy student here 👋

Not helpful.
it was less steps to split the atom
Seems to me I could just use my vitamix
I have both. The creami is significantly better at making ice cream, especially if you try low calorie or health options. And it's much easier. I still love my vitamix though!
Does the vitamix freeze the ice cream too ? Thanks in advance 😊
I love my vitamix with my whole heart. But I bought this too. Am I cheating on my vitamix? 🫣🫣🫣
The motor would die it literally can’t do it lol
half a cup of sugar lol, calories in a cup no thanks
Terrible
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your CREAMi. How may we assist you with this? Can you provide more details?
Ok this is NOT getting started. This is how to make something. Getting started is taking it out of the box and setting it up and getting passed the annoying “INSTALL” portion for those who don’t have an instruction manual. That would have been so much nicer. The Recipes are all over RUclips however.
Hi! We’re so sorry to hear about that. We would love to help you out. Please get in touch with us via private message on any of our social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, and our team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
What they dont tell you is this is so unbelievably loud it can cause hearing damage
