Hello Ray. We understand your concerns. As you mentioned, some of our blenders, including a version of the Ninja Hot & Cold Blender, do have an ice cream function. That function is perfect for mixing the ingredients for ice cream and making delicious frozen treats; however, the Ninja CREAMi doesn't just mix ingredients. The Ninja CREAMi's Creamerizer paddle finely shaves and churns ice particles into creamy frozen treats in minutes. This great system also has two independent motors, one to spin the paddle and another to apply downward pressure. Each of the 7 One-Touch programs will apply the perfect amount of downward pressure and speed to the Creamerizer paddle.

That would have been cool (no pun intended), but what's great about this that takes it FAR above a blender is that you dont have to worry about getting the churn right for the consistency. You don't churn at all. You just mix and freeze, and the machine makes the ice cream with the smoothness and consistency. It's genius.
I noticed that too. Hell, you might as well get one of those other ones that are alot cheaper. I thought the machine made it right then and there...this is just one step up from using the rock salt version. They can come talk to me when I can put the ingredients in the bowl and it mixes right there and ready to eat.
@@aliciannaw.9915 It also absolutely wouldn't be 200 dollars. However this might give rise to traditional ice cream makers adding a second blade attachment with a motor for rotating and pushing it through the product. A sort of 2 in 1 function. A lot of people buy the makers that need the bowl frozen for a day prior, so for many, this will be no different and produce superior results in comparison if the homemade base is more watery (lower sugar, lower fat etc) If you combine a blender and ice cream maker, it would likely be 600 dollars and overtime get cheaper knockoffs that break faster.
@@carmens3685 Perfect for people making ice creams that just do not freeze well, like low sugar, low fat or protein ones. I would rather be able to make literally any base in the world with mix ins and then just put it a machine to get ice cream consistency. Real sick of desperately trying xanthan gum, vodka and other stabilizers to prevent giant ice crystals. So many different recipes that didn't work because it froze into a rock.
What if you want to use 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk & cream? & what does the cost break down to making 1 pint compared to the high-end store brands like Ben & Jerry's?
Great question, Jay! Using half & half may change the consistency of your ice cream. With this said, you may need to use the Lite Ice Cream function and the Re-spin option. For the cost per pint, this will vary depending on the ingredients being used.

This allows you to transform everyday ingredients into ice cream, gelato, smoothie bowls, milkshakes, and more.
Thank you for your interest in our Ninja CREAMi! This amazing machine includes pint containers that you put your prepared ingredients into. Once this is done, place the pint into the freezer on a flat service for at least 24 hours prior to processing.
Hi there! Question: This looks amazing as it reminds me of a more affordable and sensible for at home cooking version of a pacojet. But could the Creami also turn small cuts of chicken or fish frozen with cream and egg into a mousse / farce? ☀️
Thank you for asking, Maude. The Creami is not made for making stuff like mouse or farce, and we do not recomend using it for that. To find recipe ideas for it we recomend going to www.ninjakitchen.com/recipes/?q=&sort=Newest&tags=&page=1.
They may not recommend it, but if you are willing to buy a new one in case it doesn't go well, you could give it a shot. So long as it's not going to blow up or catch fire. I doubt that legally they even checked if it was a possibility or something the western consumer market would think of doing.

Home ice cream freezes easy, so I could see a value in this.... unless of course any good blender would do the same thing. I was hoping this was an ice cream maker and not an ice cream blender.
We love to hear your inquiry, Isa! We recommend processing the pint at temps between 9 degrees F, and -7 degrees F. If you feel that the pint is colder than that you can leave it sitting out for a bot to get it warmer, but otherwise it should be fine when you take it out of the freezer to process.

I was really disappointed with the Creami. We received it as a gift after we mentioned that it appeared to be something we would enjoy. I was expecting something wondrous and fun to use with the family;however, What I got was a machine that recommends that I purchase instant drink mix, pre-sweetened yogurt with fruit, etc. that I need to freeze for 24 hrs before I run through the cutting blade. What would be REVOLUTIONARY is an ice cream machine that is for home use, that would chill the ingredients without the long wait. For me, most of the home ice cream machines are problematic for me because I have to plan my sweet treats. That’s ok to do…but if you are like me, you don’t always plan them. In 24hrs, I realize how much I don’t need ice cream and I am less likely to make it. An ideal machine would be to create one that I can make within a couple of hours. One to three hours to be exact. That’s just about the time it would take for me to bake and decorate a cake. In order to do that, you would either have to scale down a commercial machine or rethink your approach to ice cream makers in general. Oh, and don’t forget the ability to do a soft serve and the swirl. That’s my personal favorite. That is a machine I’d buy. Ice cream machines are so bulky, costly, and time consuming that in my dream home, I have an ice cream section in the kitchen design just for ice cream, especially for soft serve. Having to design a place for easy access to the machine clean up and maintenance is the issue. Good luck!
That machine would be so expensive. If I understand correctly some of the science behind it, you'd effectively have to have some kind of dry ice injection to make the ice cream freeze and also churn it properly. You also still will get better ice cream if the made base and mixins are already chilled before hand. Most ice cream bases as well tend to require cooking if you make old fashioned ice cream so you'd need to find a recipe that you can put together fast, then a machine that properly freezes by itself that allows you to choose what level of freezing you want. So your ideal machine would be a self-freezing ice cream maker that likely needs refuels on the nitrogen oxide as well as owning a blast chiller to quickly bring down the temp of the base. Not impossible, but absolutely never going to be just 200 dollars or in that ballpark.
You can use your blender to do this. This doesn't even freeze anything. You have to freeze it yourself. I'll use my ninja blender that I've been eyeing to do this. This is no different than using a blender. If this machine froze the Icecream then I would've wanted to buy it. That would've been the main thing that set it apart from using a blender. Nice machine though.
It's different in that the blades aren't stationary and are on metal screw pole to be pushed through out the product. Most blenders absolutely could not handle frozen solid bases like this. You wouldn't even be able to get it out of a container to put it in a blender. The main use for this is homemade ice cream with out stabilizers, since it tends to freeze solid and becomes inedible.
A lot of people on here are very critical about the machine all I know is I was tired of paying almost 7 dollars a pint for Häagen Dazs & Talenti Also you control the sugar and unhealthy stuff that goes into the product it’s a win-win it pays for itself in the long run because I love sorbet, ice cream & gelato.

Hint, if you freeze the pints with the lid off, it won't mound up in the center and need to be flattened prior to spinning. Try it. Love my Ninja Creami
Ninja creami machine does not give proper cleaning instructor. You need to clean the rubber seal, and rod. How come ninja missed this?
I've been doing this with my regular blender for the longest for my Nicecream I eat everyday for breakfast. You can add all kinds of toppings & it taste just like ice cream. I love it. ❤ This new ninja creami is cute tho if u wanna dish out $200 😏
What blender are you using?
Can you share your recipe?
@@gattamom hi! Just look up Nicecream on RUclips. You'll find different flavors. You need to use frozen fruits..primarily chopped up banana for me as a base. Sometimes I'll add a few blueberries or strawberries if I want it to taste more like blueberriesor strawberry. Or I'll add matcha powder or even chocolate pieces. U blend it until it's creamy & u add a bit water as u blend... depending on the consistency of creamy U like. I have nicecream every day for breakfast honestly with a side of warm oatmeal. It's delish!
@@Skaleezay Which is great, but a regular blender can't typically handle the rock hard bases of sorbet or regular ice cream. It also doesn't require watering it down.
I'm going to use it to make zero sugar protein ice creams that otherwise will freeze rock solid. I'm so stoked to get this when it finally comes to the EU.
@@vixxcelacea2778 I used honey and monk fruit can out really good did coffee on one and strawberry on they other cuz that's what was in front of me at the time.with the ninja creami

How flexible is she tho I didn’t see anything here indicating her being flexible 🎉false advertising 😢😂❤ love this creami using ours right now

Thank you for sharing with us, Anne! We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the Ninja CREAMi. We hope that you can continue to get great use from it, and thank you for sharing with us.
Just made coffee ice cream with some chopped walnuts mixed in , then vanilla ice cream , and a caramel protein mix I have that makes a custard and I froze it then made it into ice cream all absolutely delicious and best thing is I know exactly what went into each tub and can control everything that goes into the tub and add anything I want …
That sounds delicious! We're happy to hear you're enjoying your Ninja CREAMi.
Did she say ‘super excited’ 😩 switched off after that
I love all my ninja appliances.
Just got my creami and I am a low carb recipe creator so am excited to try this ,…Have already put in 3 containers and now the worst part is waiting till tomorrow morning
Congratulations on getting your new Ninja CREAMi! We are sure that you will love it!
I’m on low carb diet too.what stuff were you gonna make with it?I’m curious because I don’t want anything that has too much carbs in it.
Thank you! I'll save my money and use my vitamin pro, same results
If I want to add items like cookie dough. Do I add that before or after mixing?
After, and there's a mix-in button
Also are there any metal or glass bowl options? I don't like using plastic to store food items.
Thank you for reaching out to Ninja, Angeline. We are sorry, we do not have metal or glass options. Our products are BPA free and completely safe to use. Please reach out should you require further assistance, we are here for you.
So you have to pre chill the mix the mix it so it's not an ice-cream maker just a fancy blender
That's exactly what it is. If this machine would've froze the ice cream it would've been so worth it and would've set it apart from using a blender.
A lot of people buy the makers that need the bowl frozen for a day prior, so for many, this will be no different and produce superior results in comparison if the homemade base is more watery (lower sugar, lower fat etc)
If you combine a blender and ice cream maker, it would likely be 600 dollars and overtime get cheaper knockoffs that break faster.
How long does it run, to make that ice cream for example..how long does the actual ice cream mode take?
Thank you for asking. We recomend to freeze the mixture for at least 24 hours before use, and the programs take 1 to 2 and a half minutes to run.
It looks amazing! I'm struggling to find it tho, it's seems out of stock everywhere, any idea when will it be back in stock? Thankss
Thank you for reaching out to Ninja, Hrissy. We are sorry our Creami is currently out of stock and you have not been able to locate one in your area. Wow nice ice cream maker 😊❤
This is basically a domestic "pacojet" that's been around in the commercial and high end restaurant scene for ages, they cost 1000s so this is great that there's a cheaper version for home use, il definitely be buying one before summer hits
The great thing about these is that the product doesn't need to have a ton of sugar in it, you can even create savory ice creams without any sugar
HI! when making ice cream when I want to freeze some leftover will it frozen block had ? or can I eat it straight from the freezer? is most of the times will I need to re spin it?t
I was gonna send this to my husband but not after seeing who’s demonstrating the product lol
The problem is that I can do this in my food processor bowl, my blender, or my mixer. Another appliance just isn't feasible.
We understand your concerns, Vickie. We want to inform you that the Ninja CREAMi is equipped with our Creamify Technology. The Dual Drive Motors apply downward pressure and spin the Creamerizer Paddle that finely shaves and churns ice particles into the creamiest treats. This allows you to transform everyday ingredients into ice cream, gelato, smoothie bowls, milkshakes, and more.

Wow that’s a great idea. Did you try it?
Sounds gross 🤢
It'll work
I have some 3 month old frozen ice cream. I guess I can use this machine to make them creamy again.

Home ice cream freezes easy, so I could see a value in this.... unless of course any good blender would do the same thing. I was hoping this was an ice cream maker and not an ice cream blender.
Hello Silkee! We want to assure you the CREAMi is a superb product, and produces the best ice cream!
Before spinning do you have to let it sit before spinning??? I don’t want to break the machine

@@NinjaKitchenUS Hi Ninja! How about maple syrup and non-dairy milk. Does that fall under regular spine or lighter spin? Thanks. Mine arrives next week.
Frankly, I can use my ice cream maker that requires ice and salt and enjoy fresh ice cream in an hour. I can even use the ice cream maker to make sorbet or frozen ice. I haven't seen anything about this machine that I would recommend or find particularly worth the money.
Good video, but it would be helpful to point out you are pressing the release button on the side, you did not point that out.
Thanks for the feedback! We will take it into account for future videos.

Good luck!
We want to thank you for your feedback and suggestion. We have forwarded this off to the appropriate team for future consideration.
I love it but it’s disappointing that it doesn’t have an option for frozen yogurt
We will forward your feedback to the appropriate department, thanks for reaching out and let us know your thoughts.
If you get the Deluxe model it has that option.
