Have they delivered any of these to the general public yet? I keep looking for a tour by a homeowner but all I have found are videos at the factory or the model homes.
So, the water tank heater would go outside? What about heating the home in the winter? Maybe as an investor you can film an actual build from start to finish.
I really do not like the utility boxes outside like that. I hope they have a way to have them Inside instead. I also wonder if a person could use geothermal heating and cooling? I want to put a few together for a permanent home.
I just don't get how they are able to make them for $10,000 .... most tiny homes start at $50,000 + cost. I do own a home already but I am a struggling single mom and with the prices of everything going up right now I have been considering getting a tiny home or two for the backyard as additional rental income. If they are only $10,000 that would be great for me to be able to get started but it sounds like there's already a long waiting list still too? 🤔
According to a Boxabl Facebook post, the tankless water heater will be under the sink in the kitchen. What you’re seeing in the video is where the cold water goes into the water heater and the bottom part which is the drain. Hope that helps clarify :)
As far as I know, Boxabl is not currently listed on the stock exchange. There was a crowdfund investment offer available to the public for the first time last April. I would visit their website or contact them directly for more detailed information regarding investing.
DON'T put your money with this company. Wait until they work out a permit to live in it and actually deliver to customer. Not a single one got delivered yet.
I definitely feel that way too! I knew it would be a long wait time when we placed our deposit to get on the waitlist, but I am hoping that Boxabl is able to scale as quickly as possible so they can meet demand soon. Right now, it looks like they're mainly working on getting larger orders out (such as their first order that went to the United States military). Before I can anticipate any next steps for our Casita order, they will need to get more factories up and running, as well as partner with states and counties to ensure that the homes meet building codes and standards in every location that a prospective customer is in. My husband and I will also need to ensure that we can secure financing for our Casita when the time comes. I have a full interview with Paolo Tiramani that I will be posting soon and meeting waitlist demand is one of the topics we discussed during our conversation :)
Yeah I would’ve waited until they did all that and THEN placed my order once I seen some orders actually getting out. Y’all gone be waiting a very very very very long while. I thought about getting one.

Have you look into getting the Permit? My understand that's a major issue and obstacle getting Boxabl delivered to wait-listed customers.
Why is Boxable not selling to individual people yet? Are they fulfilling first the orders from corporation or from government?
my city wont allow modulars. but, if they exceed building codes (and can prove it) i might be able to install one of these.

Getting a local permit for this unit is major problem and NOT a single one got delivered except for some mining company to house their workers.
