Hilarious. I'm disabled and I find this truly hilarious! By doctors orders I am not even allowed to mop. However!!! I sit in the roller chair and mop as much as I can LOL 😆
To all watching & new here, this company is the best of all the rest! After learning, researching, observing just about every video since 2018, I can testify that buying from Incredible Tiny Homes is a sure bet. You won't ever regret it My husband and I will be purchasing one maybe 2! next year. Thank you ITH!
Love Randy and Lady Amanda. Great teaching show. Beautiful Tiny Homes. Randy, lol way too funny. I will get help first. But looks really easy to hook up.
Omg Randy, I laughed so hard at your example of being handicapped and getting on the ground to hook up your power. You're so cute! Bless your heart, I really appreciated the effort. I am handicapped and you are correct about moving more. However, I'd have to send you an even funnier video of me just getting on the ground and up again🤣 I just love you and Amanda and all that you do to help so many people out. I'd love to come live at your community but don't see that happening. But I sure enjoy watching the videos and I do learn a lot. Keep up the great work! You bring joy and hope to many of us!
I hope Your customers were listening. It's no joke, water can do so much damage, & sometimes You can't see it, so You don't know it ! I Love You All @ I.T.H. !!!!!!!!!!
So true! I brought my brand new RV home and didn't know until almost the 3rd week that the kitchen sink lines didn't have the fittings screwed in properly and was leaking water inside the cabinet the whole time until I set a cardboard box in front of the cabinet and lifted it up and it was soaken wet. Luckily it was summer here in Tucson so the cabinet dried up within a day or two in 110 degree weather.
Great show Randy & Amanda ! Great information, and so true how damaging water can be. I’m from Louisiana and we’ve had how share of water damage. My parents had a summer home we went to every weekend and my Dad always turned off the water and made sure all pipes were drained completely. Love your shows ! God Bless ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🏠
My ex and I had a really nice single wide. We went on our honeymoon and hubby didn't turn off the water to the washer. Came home and the hallway and bathroom were totalled. Had to get new floors from the subfloor up. I got new tile bathroom floors and the washer and dryer got a new wood and tile stand. Thank God for insurance.
Thank you Randy for a Great Informative show! Great Idea for future Tiny home customer's to learn & know about their home! Honestly, no builder takes the time to show others what to expect! 🏆Goes to Randy & Amanda, caring about their customer's!💖
I lived in So Cal for over 30 years and with earthquakes, I always made sure I knew where the main water valve was to turn off. Now 28 years back in Pa. I rent but still always want to know so I do not destroy my things. Wise ideas. Thank you even though you are so silly and fun to watch.
I had to take an overnight breath and come back to this video this morning to give it a like. I didn't think I'd find anything funnier here than Amanda's last trip to Mud Mountain, but this episode takes the cake! OMG, I don't know how you guys kept a straight face while I was losing my mind, laughing so hard, I had to leave the room. Or die.
Thanks for this great info Randy! QUESTIONS: (1) could you please show how to make a three thread step to get in the house? (2) Can a cement and water mixture be placed directly to drywall? Or will the moisture from the mixture ruin it?
Our first home-a single side mobile home we had built- had an issue with the master bathroom shower. They'd shot through one of the water lines in the shower stall when putting paneling on the outside wall of the shower. It was months before we knew it was leaking. So some strange things can happen.
I just found this… This is perfect! My RJO was delivered last week. Maybe this should be emailed to buyers from the contractor email link. Thank you all!!!
Thank you for these GREAT videos! I hope to be part of bringing tiny homes to Spokane, WA to solve the problem of the "missing middle," which means low cost housing for regular old working folks! Can't wait to learn more. Specifically about getting water systems set up.
When my house was built, the only shut off for the water is under the house in the utility box. There is no way this girl is crawling around under my dark house feeling around a utility box for spiders!! Can I just shut the water off at the tankless water heater? Doesn’t all water in the house have to travel through the water heater first?
Cold water pipes wouldn’t go through the water heater otherwise you wouldn’t have any cold water. It would all be hot. You still have to turn water off where it first enters the house to be on the safe side.
OMG you both were hilarious on today's show!! Question.. you showed how to hook up the water from the house to the waterline. What about the outside water spigot? Is that hooked up to the main water line? Love you guys and Ace too.
Thank you for this video, I been watchin tiny home shows and tgey never mentiin the nitty gritty of hookin up. I reckon this would work for container homes too
Wow this was really helpful and you made it seem very reasonable to do! Y'all are a little crazy but so straightforward and funny and informative that I am hooked on watching and learning. Thanks for the laughter and the learning - I am a fan!
If you go away for any time in and you live in a cold climate, turn off the water and drain the lines too, including the outside spigot. A lot of people forget to do that, my brothers a plumber, he’s been called out many times cos homeowners neglected to drain the outside line to the hose pipe.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CONTACTED YOU ABOUT THE BARE BONE HOUSE YOU ARE OFFERING?? IF I BUY A HOME YOU ARE SELLING ARE THERE ANY LOTS AVAILABLE TO RENT TO STAY IN THE COMMUNITY? I WANT TO MOVE FROM TEXAS TO TENNESSEE!!
I was trying to zoom in on my phone screen but it looked like a 50AMP power cord. Am I correct? My little RV I live in is 30AMP and you can't run the microwave and AC unit at the same time without the breaker tripping.
Probably good to make sure the main house has a 200 Amp main panel if adding 50 amp to a home with a 125 amp older main panel. Doing that could cost around $2500 and take 1-2 months (first getting permitting from electricity provider & then once they give the okay have the electrician do the upgrade). This is assuming the plan is to set up the tiny home as permanent in the back yard. Also good to think about the extra draw on electricity and if the mai house doesn’t yet have solar, to consider adding it ASAP while the ITC is still available to offset the electricity costs (especially if in a tier pricing set up as the extra power draw while make the bills higher year round).
@@DivineDestiny77 ??? Not sure if you were trying to respond to someone else's response? I'm not connecting to anyone's home. I don't own a house. I live full time in an RV right now and travel to different RV parks or private RV lots. I just need to know if the ITH homes are 30 or 50 amp inlets.

I guess I need to know what to ask other sellers about their water connections or set ups for both gray and black water.
