The muscles you use to turn your head are connected to your shoulders and back. Under such extreme tension, any movement that weakens the stability and balance of your muscle system is dangerous. Try it yourself if you are not convinced.

Alli Amy really? Himare (where he was born) was greek? do you mind linking a source that proves that statement? there are greeks in southern albania, yes, but there are also albanians in northern greece. there are also ethnic bulgarians in south-eastern albania, was that region part of bulgaria? no.. it wasnt.
pyrros dimas was born, raised and trained (at least initially trained) in albania. both of his parents were documented albanians with the family name of "Dhima", his birth name was Pirro Dhima.
when he started competing with greece because they offered more (more money, better training, etc..) he, like numerous albanian athletes, changed his name. i dont blame him for that, we albanians are all greedy.

    •  9 лет назад +4

The area was Greek since ancient times. You can see that from the names of the area itself and other areas around it.
His parents were Greek. Documented as albanians cuz they were citizens of Albania.
Also he didnt change his name. His name is still Pirros, a Greek name like King Pirros of Epirus. 318-272 BCE.
