The great Boris Gardiner indeed!! I got my musical inspiration from listening to his records since I was a young boy growing up. I was fortunate to meet him at a shopping mall off halfway Tree road in the 70s. I think a sound system called Mellocanery was playing there. He is definitely a most humble person. I told him I was a fan and I also was interested in music. I was so excited when he invited me to a studio called Aquarius. I got my first experience of what a recording studio was like. I was overjoyed to hang out in the studio with the great Boris Gardiner. God bless him throughout his life. A great artist indeed!! Still listening to his songs.
