Yoooo I've been watching a few of your videos and I think I'd like being a barista. Only problem is I don't know how to get into it. I work at a restaurant right now that is enough pay but I can't go much lower and the only "real" coffee shop in my area apparently doesn't pay well (not sure what they pay it was an indeed review). How does one find a decent job doing this? Also funny video lol

What do you think of Kruve's pitcher? I am thinking about buying this or the Barista swag Evo 2.0 or ultra sharp? which one is the best one? I know this is a hard question :) I prefer flat white, (200-240ml cup.) thanks
I like your videos, really useful
No diss to either brand but I tend to lean WPM style pitchers. Great due to the slant in the design. But the evo is not my recommendation for sure.
Any spout is fine but largely depends on the thickness style of lines you want!
Round means more waves and more bold. Sharpe means tighter lines and more line quantity. I personally lean more round but any shape spout is fine!
Alternative options are
Wpm international (or slow pour supple in the USA)
Or the barista hustle pitcher. That one is near perfect as well.
@@EmileeBryant thanks for your help. First I bought a 600ml pitcher (average, unbranded, cheap). It's so much easier to pour with, I couldn't believe it, much easier to shape the patterns.
I use 200, 240 and 300ml Loveramics cups.
