So from startups to Professionals, everyone's target is top 10% of population (residing in tier 1 city). Doctors also need to be agile, how to setup diagnostic & polyclinic, what pharma franchisae to take, how to increase footfall, digital marketing etc.

But, it's not like BTech that if you get rejected from one place you will have to make many hustle to only apply for job. Job directly.... now they also have to fight commision exam and do jobs in rural area for 3 years... if they pass commission exam and they can't do pg in these 3 years .....

So maybe this is a little bit of a concern regarding this cause BAMS do the same allopathic treatment at a very cheap price as compared to MBBS. Valu of an average mbbs is less than an everage. B,tec. A doctor.mostly depend govt job. Because indian people being poor. Has little means to pay for fees and medicine. No MBBS can easily earn 1 lakh per months.. Yes, regards other specialist Doctor like MD, MS, ORTHO, Neuro can earn 3 lakh to 20 lakh per months.. And there is much shorter of doctors in INDIA, even MBBS also, you can take fellowship of 1 year and work in ICU or assistant doctor with specialist Doctor. Do not worry Doctor always will be employed.. Medical field always give you employment.

Maths Padhi Hoti to Sucess ratio of just 8 to 10 prcnt nhi bolte 😂 previously it was less than 1 prcnt. Nowadays a small effort can make u doctor.

Maharashtra is one of most doctors producing state but there are also doctors shortage in periphery (jalna dist) it is about mbbs oh God u r saying about pg we have hardly 30k anaesthesia specialist for 140 crore population and each ICU needs atleast 4-6 anaesthesia specialist while in corporate hospital number is 25-30 and leave about neurology cardiologist please think with open mind aap ko mbbs nhi Mila ya aap ke andar gut nhi iska matlab nhi hai ki field hi kharab hai..

MBBS will never become BTech, 500 doctor are there because they might interested in that particular job. But, it's not like BTech that if you get rejected from one place you will have to make many hustle to only apply for job. Let rest 480 MBBS students even not selected for job, they get job easily at other hospitals or they can start their own clinic setup.❤

Bhai I am from Tamilnadu state erode district, here in my area there are around 10bds docs , 5+mds docs, 25+ mbbs and 15+md docs and 2 super speciality hospital is there . Medical field is getting too much saturated 🥲

Yes now mbbs alone is like not getting good job .... Speciality and Superspeciality is must ....in my state Number of students passing per year is far more than number of Jobs ... Mbbs alone in my state is like not getting govt. Job directly.... now they also have to fight commision exam and do jobs in rural area for 3 years... if they pass commission exam and they can't do pg in these 3 years .....
But india still need more doctors

Future mbbs isn't dark..it's just isn't sparkly the way it looks... treat it like any other professional course... pedestal course nahi hai ye.

@@humansgonnadiesooner True But BAMS is getting more recognition these days than any other course in India , and they can prescribe ayurvedic medicines along with allopathic medicines. So maybe this is a little bit of a concern regarding this cause BAMS do the same allopathic treatment at a very cheap price as compared to MBBS. And Brother MBBS is getting saturated day by day in metropolitan cities.
@@indranilthedentist bams homeopathy cam write whatever they want in this world as treatment ...their wish.. but at the end of the day..out of 100 patients they see... 80 will land to us again but with lost time..of reversing the disease..the left 20 got better..cz they went and followed the term lifestyle correction religiously.. and they think it's the medicine which is working.. and the end of the day.. after a certain stage of disease.. it's nearly impossible to reverse the damage.. those with success story are starters mostly who changed their lifestyle..
So bams can take the credit for 20 out of 100..but the rest 80 will.land to us in bad state..with lost time..and then blaming allopathic mbbs.... hence the bashing and unpopularity.
They know clearly they are not accountable to ppl hence they can do whatever they want.
They can keep the cheap prescription recognition.. we will still met their miracles..some time later in life.
@@indranilthedentist saturation is coming..people are in denial..a lot of them.. but its here..but popularity will not be affected because the grass always looks greener on the other side... ppl are still choosing btech..despite the obvious saturation. If at all somebody want to take up medicine as a carrier..they should love studying... no reason like respect money and amazing life... not matter how grand the doctor is.. out of 10..only 7 will come back for review..and out of them..only 3-4 say thank you if they are better... this profession is like pictures on Instagram with filters.
Ppl should treat like any other professional carrier.. saturation and uneven distribution will be halted a bit.

Valu of an average mbbs is less than an everage. B,tec. A doctor.mostly depend govt job. Because indian people being poor. Has little means to pay for fees and medicine. Govt take this opportunity to exploit mbbs. On the other hand b,tec. Depend less on govt job. Most b tec are employed by IT company forout sourcing job and are much better paid than a govt doctor. So far earning is matters doctors job is not good

Yes, regards other specialist Doctor like MD, MS, ORTHO, Neuro can earn 3 lakh to 20 lakh per months..
And there is much shorter of doctors in INDIA, even MBBS also, you can take fellowship of 1 year and work in ICU or assistant doctor with specialist Doctor.
Do not worry Doctor always will be employed..
