Bro scienc is always supporting to humanity ❤
      This is the reason.
Many says AI will be life-threatening in future... But I'm saying in trust with science that science is always life supporting.
You are wrong in the Delhi case... Right thing is the MBBS students are just wanting to get RMO of the hospital not the money. Because while doing RMO they can get the opportunity to prepare for NEETpg ❤

      1. BAD RESEARCH. Germany should be excluded from your list. You mentioned 'Germany' and Russia. In Germany all universities are public hence free. They almost never accept foreign graduate and even if they do the entrance test is not easy besides being in German. Germany has got some of the best healthcare institutes of the world. Obviously they dont let just anyone and everyone to study there and compromise on their quality. . At 7:53 you even show Germany"s Flag.
      2. In the depicted picture the interview is for short term (1y) contract based posts of non academic Junior doctors. The real reason for the large number of candidates in the interview is Foreign medical graduates and some graduates from private medical colleges, who cannot go on to pursue MD/MS degree as they recieved substandard medical education and are incompetent to pass the post graduate entrance test. Moreover Delhi government pays highest salary to junior doctors in the country.
So, PERMANENT recruitment schemes of Medical officers for MBBS doctors are lacking all over the country and the pay is unequal in different states of India leading to over efflux MBBS graduates to cities like Delhi or unemployment after med school.
      3. Unequal proportion of MBBS seats and post graduate seats that is MD/MS/DNB leads to lack of specialiesd healthcare ans specialist medical professionals in many parts of the country. This is another reason why many medicine graduates remain unemployed after graduating either looking for a job or preparing for post graduate entrance test. So even if the governemnt opens new hospitals MBBS degree holders cannot fill up the roles of specialised doctors.

MBBS doctors passed out from a govt medical college will never be unemployed.. If any doctor doesn't get chance in any private hospital or doesn't open private chamber, then he will still be able to work in govt hospitals and earn decent amount of money....
But this is not the case with engineers... While many get very high paying jobs in big private companies, many engineers does not even get decent amt of money and many also remain unemployed.
This is why mbbs in India will always be better than btech.

@Thestudyboi in current scenario there may be more doctors but the health infrastructure, person per bed is very less in India, & to build a best hospital you need a lot money for building, doctors, nurses, workers etc. So you can't easily say that mbbs in India is saturated with the world's most populated country with 140+ crores people & not everyone can pay that millions of rupees in giant private hospitals & govt. Of India needs to take action fast on opening of New AIIMS in every state then only it will be better for all of us.

So total around 12 years after 10th. Thats what we are saying

Don't be distracted by these talks your drop years will be worth it once you get your mbbs. It's better to struggle now for mbbs than regretting your whole life with MSc/btech degrees. In 4 years you might have reached 1st year of MSc but after graduating out you would badly be lost as there are no jobs for biology related fields in India. So decide, do you want to earn 80k as a freshly graduated doctor or settle down with MSc and earn 25k as starting salary while struggling for 15 years to finally make 80k with MSc/PhD. After 15 years of practice no doctor earns less than 1.2 lakhs. Doctors may not be among the rich but all of them even the average ones settle as upper middle-class. Go and prepare hard for neet and get some AIIMS your life will be transformed until you are deeply interested in medical science, if you are someone who hates studying then kindly switch to some bsc..

Medical students should be provided with better facilities and their mental health should also be in check . Students shall be encouraged to explore other options in medical like nursing, ayurveda and government also encourage such options.... I'm not demotivating you but this is the reality... If you'll go for only mbbs degree... Go for medical stream ... If you're passionate because it literally screws ...
But if you're really passionate then you can go for student loan or scholarships.... Government provides scholarship... So don't worry much but you'll have to maintain good grades during mbbs for this. .
      But if not...
Go for other good and great options..
iiser aptitude test , nest , iat... Go for research through such exams..
You can give gate exam... After your bsc... Get a seat in IIT !
Learn different skills like coding ... While doing normal bsc... See upcoming years are going to hire only skilled students... Your degree won't matter much...

First of all these 500 doctors who came to apply for 20 posts are the doctors who did MBBS from private colleges or from abroad.
Let me tell you some facts :
    1. In India, 40-45% seats in Govt medical colleges are reserved. Out of total 1 lac MBBS seats 40% seats are from private colleges.
    2. If you're a good student with 99% marks in 12th that doesn't assure that you'll become a good Doctor, not even 1%. Students & parents both fall in this trap.
    3. If you see the whole scenerio, out of 1 lac MBBS students who become doctor every year - 40, 000 are from private colleges who's merit is not upto the mark, 45,000 are reserved students who get into Govt colleges with the help of their caste (again they are not meritorious enough). So left 15-20,000 are the genuine students who will survive in the long run and compete to become a good doctor.
    4. Quality of education in private medical colleges are worst. Students don't get any exposure to clinical work. A final year MBBS student in Govt medical college can perform delivery of a patient easily whereas in Pvt medical colleges they don't even get opportunities to learn delivery. So quality of the doctors are very low.
    5. Apart from everything, once you become a doctor after MBBS then real game starts which is NEET PG. Without MD/MS you'll not earn anything. And clearing NEET PG is 10x harder than NEET UG which people after MBBS.
    6. One have to be workaholic to become a good doctor. It's a fact. In every city 20% doctors have 90% patients. And 80%doctors struggle their whole life. You can do research you'll get a clearer picture.

    I. don't think much because in india every 10000 patients have only one doctor in india and as population of India is now 145cr+ so doctors are so much need ,btech is a failure degree bcz of AI development and so much applicants do this but in mbbs you need to qualify with a good marks above 600+ and if you want to do mbbs in private the costs are 1cr above which is not affordable for many students so I think mbbs never be a failure digree ,as much doctor produced in india helps for patients in a population growth country 🙏
And one more thing is in india mbbs seats are limited as well only 40k government seats available

According to the statement " shortcoming of medical education in India " , we know that in present time medical Colleges are less than to other colleges because there is lack of availability of professional doctors to teach in the medical colleges.
Let's discuss the shortcomings of medical education in India .
    1) The government is not expending much money on education institutions.
    2) The private colleges fee is much more hiked than as compared to another country's medical colleges fee .
    3) According to data many students are studying in Russia, Ukraine and Germany etc. Because they are not taking tuition fees so their college fees are not much more as compared to India .
    3) Those students studying in foreign and they get a better job in foreign so they can't go back to their own country . So our medical colleges fee hike because it is not available as the best doctor to teach in college.
    4) Many students have a lack of knowledge about proper medical education because its private institutions do not provide the best facility that many MBBS students are unemployed.
How can the outcome of these shortcomings of medical education:-
    1) The government makes rules to not take tax on tuition fees of education institutions so, our private colleges fees will be less.
    2) The government is expanding more money on education and research and development.
    3) Private colleges make sure to appoint highly collier teachers and facilities to provide best knowledge.
    4) The government increases the seat of vacancies in appointment of doctors because India produces 50k doctor per year but only 20k doctors get employment rests are unemployed so, they can migrate to another country's or rest are prepared for government exams.
At last India has many youth populations but the government takes the best initiative to use the youth population in the growth of the country .
Thank you sir for this knowledge 🙏

People comparing mbbs with engeneering .. here is the difference ....
A mbbs graduates have no retirement.. technically ... U can keep practicing in ur own clinic + hospitals reappoint you ( both govt + privates )
Mbbs graduates are like coal ... More the time pass more they become valuable..( transition to diamonds ) ....more skillful u are more efficient u become and more hospitals u can appoint urself with ...
Engineers can just stick to one company doing one job at a time ..
An mbbs graduate with experience can be be appointed by more than one hospitals , have his own clinic , can work as a teacher at the same time ....
Doctors are earning less too maybe they aren't willing to keep learning and polish old skills and learn newer skills , probably not willing to put much effort...bcz being a doctor is endless reading learning and it's life long
there are jobless doctors too but if u dig inside u will see most of them aren't willing to work at a remote location .wanting some comfortable place to work in ...
The ideal doctor: patient ratio is still not attained in India and the reason behind is many of the doctors willing to work only at urban areas and not rural part making a traffic over vacancies only in urban locations ...
