In india, the educated society in the lower and the upper middle class groups is already the most corrupt group of people in the world, as everyone wants to make quick money and then move on as a lavish crorepathi within 5 to 10 years. Then they keep spending money on gadgets, luxury products like luxury car, home appliances, then spend most profitable commercial real estate and then keep doing that till they are caught or if there is a political leadership change. The Indian educated society is one of the most corrupt society in the world, close to other asian countries, like pakistan, bangladesh, srilanka, nepal, afghanistan, burma, laos, cambodia, philipines, indonesia and then several middleeastern, east european, african and american countries. The root cause of corruption boils down to few words: "Permanent Jobs", "No Accountability", "No Transparency", "God level stature to Officers (so people fear to ask them questions)", "Monopoly of IAS over Secretary posts", "Lack of methods to Industrialists to take part in Policy Making", "Generalist Nature of IAS jobs (even a BA pass can do this job), "Lack of Lateral Entry in top Govt Positions" etc...
What you mean by simply ba pass? Like engineers of our country are competent 😂 and for your very kind Information most of the officer are engineers by education kyunki engineering tho hoti nhi unse That's why degree doesn't make someone a competent admisntrator be he/she be from arts science or commerce and what do you want that this exam should only be for tech people Matlab tech ka kam bhi wahi kare non tech job bhi wahi kare ?

The psychology changes when these officers are functional after recruitment. Apparently, It's hard to maintain your values for these officers. Greed defines itself to you when recruited
Most of the ppl want to bcum IAS officers to receive cutbacks. And this is a fact. They think it is a job with power and money not for people's welfare.
We could take a leaf out of Singapore's politics. Ministers and bureaucrats are selected for theor achievements and paid extremely well. The salary is on par with many highly paid senior management roles in the private sectors, but the punishment for corruption is extremely severe. In fact there was a minister who hanged himself when he was caught for corruption sometime in the 80s or 90s. Similarly, the UPSC commission should pay civil servants really well (3x the current pay) but have rigorous performance appraisals and severe punishment for corruption or misuse of power. Basically the risk of being caught should far, far outweigh the reward of taking bribes and that will be a strong incentive for civil servants to think a thousand times before they break the law, and their thought process should be: "if I am caught I will put my salary and position at risk, so let me not break the law, is it completely not worth it at all."
@@b.r.8528 all such reforms need to be brought by politicians and we know that they wouldn't be brought for whose interests we all know. No wonder these bureaucrats are protected in all ways. Highly educated CA, Doctors, IAS officer and low life politicians have ruined thr wonderful state of Jharkhand. Its is true that our education system doesn't build character and no amount of coaching or marks can guarantee integrity. Sad state of affairs.
Coaching centres itself are unnatural. The exams are supposed to cracked by a candidate's own perseverance. Who knows what the big coaching institutes do to begin with? Who knows if they get the papers for entrance exams before hand or not and give their candidates suggestion to increase their success rates? It's a big business model after all now.

At one point, money also became my biggest motivator in clearing this exam, even my parents wanted me to become an IAS for the power and money but then I realised that nope I am not made for this and stopped preparing.
RN, I am preparing for CAT and honestly I am happy.
Respect to u for saying this out
maybe u could have become an IAS officer and used that power for good and for the people, that's what government is for, but nope people give up. everyone is to blame cause everyone wants government job for money rather than to serve the people of the country.
woow if what u said is genuinely true ,bro hats off for coming out like this, needs guts to be this frank which includes your own parents mindset also ,impressed and highly appreciate it bro, wish u gud luck in what ever u choose
So can you become CA kind of person or a business person to work in collaboration with IAS and politicians in govt projects and still get benefits if you want
As a fellow CAT aspirant, I'm curious as to whether you've cleared CAT 2023
As a video editor, i can see how much hardwork you are doing in a single video 🔥. Great work always❤️
Thanks Pradeep 🙏
Yes so much small and micro things animated in this video good job good luck...✌️👍

this should be a reminder that just because someone is a topper and an overachiever they are not good human beings. know that if you are a good person it automatically makes you better than these corrupt toppers. salute to the people who stick to their principles even after getting power
Agree totally .behaviour and eduction has no correlation nowadays
I don't think you know the meaning of over achiever
What makes people think toppers are necessarily good human beings? They remain the egoist of all, majority of them ignore the role played by their parents, good financial backing, moral support, caste and hierarchy. Besides, there is something called foster studies , you guys should read up on. Public needs to realise being a failure in an exam may not mean the end of the world and being a topper also may not translate necessarily into a great happy life.

Read the corruption perception index by country and you can find india in one of the top 50 countries.

Very well! Many of us would like to request Bisbo for coming out with UPSC, the commission, the allegations on it, the longest termed exam, non transparency, the pending cases on it and how UPSC manages to shrug them off every time. Thanks.
Hats of to our undercover officers for there honesty and hardwork to bring such demons down, also sad to see that those political party members being the most honest and pure on the surface but all doing the same crimes in the background
Stop buying comments.
Kudoos to those officers worked in the vigilance team. We need more and more officers like this. Thanks to Bisbo for the nice narration
Indeed.
Thank you.
If only all the vigilance officers adhered to their duty. The senior officer to me came back to power even after suspension on the grounds of corruption. He fed vigilance 30lakhs to remove the charges and came back to the same place from where he was suspended. Govt job is great,eh?
Why educated leader is more dangerous than an uneducated politician..
Corruption does not see education both are dangerous
Education doesnt guarantee ethics... Most highly corrupt people are very highly educated
Ethical leader whether educated or not is required.

This is amazing work of Journalism! Hats off to Bisbo Team!!
Like engineers of our country are competent 😂 and for your very kind Information most of the officer are engineers by education kyunki engineering tho hoti nhi unse
That's why degree doesn't make someone a competent admisntrator be he/she be from arts science or commerce and what do you want that this exam should only be for tech people
Matlab tech ka kam bhi wahi kare non tech job bhi wahi kare ?
@@samanthajohnthomas9194 For thos job:
1. A person Must be holding an MBA degree or a Masters degree in any other field of Study.
2. Must be having atleast 5 years of Relevant work exp in Corporate Industry
When above 2 conditions are met, then only a person must be allowed to appear for exam.
This will benefit the country and Apirants in many ways,
1. A person can return to the Industry he/she working in (if they can't clear the exam)
2. Unneccessary pressure on Kids will be relieved to take on Arts (BA) based subjects.
3. A person will be well groomed in those 5 years in Corporate world rather than studying in closed rooms for years.
4. When people of Masters level will start Applying, level of questions in Interview and exam will be of good level.
5. Economy will keep on running and people will take on skillable degrees which can provide them job after their bachelors not some useless degree just for the sake of sitting in govt exam.
@abhaykaushik95 Then only somewhat well settled and rich can only enter into these positions as many people cant afford for masters or PG. And people who work in corporate most of the time their goal is to earn more money this will be not right if those people only enter upsc. What you have said is what actually the indirect criteria in upsc selection. And the majority who enter upsc cse are actually are from engineers and medical and iit passed out. Arts group rarely get accepted for cse positions.
I read from a recent PIB article that around 120 out of 182 selected IAS officers are engineers. The proportion of arts and pure science background is very low actually.
From Jharkhand to Rajasthan Red Diary has got every chapter of corruption in it😂
It's really so common nowadays to hear an IAS officer being found corrupt that I doubt about the psychology officers in the interview panel are fully efficient or not.😢
The psychology changes when these officers are functional after recruitment.

We are kind of stuck in this mess of nexus between corrupt politicians and bureaucrats. Only total shutdown and protests on streets demanding such reforms can help a bit.
Lokpal is one such authority but again even that seems to be compromised, watered down.

Doctors ne kya kiya?
I know some doctor families have generational wealth but majority of Doctors in Jharkhand are highly underpaid. Only politicians , Civil servants and other govt officials be it from any rank are responsible for the destruction of Jharkhand
Blame the system but not the culture? We should first examine cultural and society and it's part in making us what we are.
