The organising officers, packed us all in waiting vehicles driven outside city limits on to a desolate road where we stopped and waited. There we were served packed breakfast and then teams made and asked to get into team vehicles and head of team was given a sealed cover to open after another ten minutes after vehicles started. Top of cover said go to area so and so in city. Finally we landed inside a shop inside old walled city area by 11.00 am Later we were given to understand that there are informers for traders waiting outside our office gates and inform their leaders where these IT raid groups are heading to and what time

The prime reason the raid was succesful is that didn't inform the local cops about the raids. Most local cops are extended hands of these corrupt buisness men who help them with their illegal activities.

I belong to Jalna City, it is said that IT dept. Found 300 CR cash in one of the steel company office, can you imagine amount of cash they found in 9-10 industries. After this incident the steel industry was almost closed for 1-1.5 months, the company's couldn't even afford to pay scrap supplier. This shows amount of cash fund IT dept. repossesed from them.

We have a very bad taxation system in our country that's also one of the reason. One earn money on by hardwork and give about more than 30% of it for enjoyment of corrupt politicians.
Taxation is to discourage working for foreign companies and useless companies. Agriculture is the real profession of Indians. It is hence tax free for life. The government is very clear in its policy. The people are being confused by stupid economic experts and other money minded businessmen.
30% is only for the highest tax slab. And that is the price you have to pay for all amenities and law and order. The tax system is still unfair as it only targets the medium sized businessmen whereas the truly big ones can evade taxes legally using more sophisticated methods.
IT and ED dept need to raid "Aarudhra Gold Trading " ...main accused K.Harish closely associated to a national party has cheated thousands of people accounting to 10,000+ crores. This main accused has also lobbied many politicians to evade law, need to be investigated.
Income Tax and Corporate Taxes are levied in Certain Countries. In India , People do not want to Pay Taxes because they do not see any output. My request to IT Dept is to make notes and keep records of corrupt leaders in every political party, so that a future govt who wants to take revenge can use that information to raid and recover public money from corrupt politicians in the present govt, whether state or centre. Not taking away anything from the IT department - India has an excellent tax collection/recovery system but inefficient system to actually track where the money is actually being used.
IT departments job is to collect evaded tax. To penalise someone on where the money is used will majorly come under the scope of prevention of money laundering act, bebaki transactions act, narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances act, IPC etc. They also initiate their respective procedures once they get information. FROM THAT MOMENT ONWARDS , MY RESPECT INCREASED 20X TIMES FOR MY DAD AND HIS JOB

You seem to have mixed up the facts. Get your facts straight. You speak of gst evasion and refer to IT officers going for search operations as baraatis. Even if the IT officials find gst evasion, they can only report to the gst authorities. They cannot take any action. Incidentally there’s only one GST Council for India. There is nothing like a Maharashtra state gst council.

my dad is officer in income tax department . He was part of many biggest raids conducted in rajasthan and NCR , Once they were called to gwalior (m.p.) and got a chance to conduct a raid with M.p. govt. officials to a muslim businessman ! due to some orders or circumstances , my dad duty was shifted to another place but his colleague stayed there ! and they went to raid on friday with police and crpf , you'all don't gonna believe , as we know on friday there was jumma nawaz or something , and there was a mosque nearby ! they just entered the location (home) of the man , and at 5'o clock , around 150 men from mosque after finishing namaz , carried weapons like sword , stones and sticks in order to stop the ongoing raid ! the police tried to negotiate but they denied and attacked the govt. officals who were conducting raid and got serious injured ! FROM THAT MOMENT ONWARDS , MY RESPECT INCREASED 20X TIMES FOR MY DAD AND HIS JOB

This video hits me hard because I'm from Jharkhand, and it's really sad. Our state is rich in minerals, but it's not doing well because some greedy people in power are holding us back. Instead of getting good chances here, we have to leave and go somewhere else for a better life. Just think about how much we could have grown if people weren't so greedy. This video makes me mad at the officials and people like them who are supposed to help but end up hurting us. It's a real shame! 😢💔 #Shame!

You seem to have mixed up the facts. Get your facts straight. You speak of gst evasion and refer to IT officers going for search operations as baraatis. Even if the IT officials find gst evasion, they can only report to the gst authorities. They cannot take any action.
Incidentally there’s only one GST Council for India. There is nothing like a Maharashtra state gst council.
You are not correct in saying that "even if IT officials find GST evasion they can only report to GST authorities, they can not take any action. However, the reality is that they can take any action as per IT Act and they can very well conduct a raid in such case.

as a tax paying citizen ka beta this brings me joy- only 5% of indians file their taxes the rest arent making enough money to be taxed or they laundering money in some other country
