Teachers, professors , HOD should go through psychiatric analysis and then only should get such prestigious posts . Authorities should stand beside her and take strict actions against the atrocities of few people. Also for the good atmosphere of their college.

My psychiatric HOD expelled me during morning round as i couldn't explain about a single medical term before that she scolded me in very unprofessional manner...i m a MBBS intern

#SAY NO TO TOXIC MEDICAL CULTURE
I have seen this first hand. I am not a doctor but I am pregnant and my gynaecologist has told me so many times that you are so lucky that you will be getting 6 months of maternity leave. We have to join back in just 7 days. And she was behaving as if getting this 6 months of maternity leave is undue privileged. I was really shocked to see such statements coming from a doctor with 20+ years of experience. Maternity leave is a right that the law provides every working woman in India and everyone should get it. I was so shocked to see a senior doctor encouraging and normalising such a toxic work culture knowing full well about the impacts of it.
Senior doctors hi toh toxic hoti hai🤣 juniors to sab ache hote kyunki power nhi hoti unite pas
This video need to be viral, how HOD Doctors can be so inhuman to a pregnant resident doctor
Dr meghna we are with you and we will pray for you.these people are psychotic, extremely intensitive... don't take stress.things will go nicely ❤❤❤
🙌💪💯
Life of medical students:
1.Neet UG 's competition pressure (25 lakh)
2. Inter in medical College than ragging distrub aur mental health
3. Stress of very huge syllabus of medical .
4. Neet PG destroy our life .
5. Coming jr. Resident doctors work load
6.After this NEET SS pressure
7. After this our age is around 30 +
8. Now daily stress of patients care ..
9. No time for family and friends, functions
10. That's called doctor is a only nobel profession 🏆 🏆

All the doctors who r running youtube channels should take up matters like this
Education doesn't ensures humanity. Medical profession has become an apt example of this.
Struggling with toxic residents in my internship rn. Can’t wait to get out of this hell hole
This needs to get viral ...and justice need to be given to the doctors !!!!!!!
Yeah !

@@doctorduo I did ug from the same college college. Went through ultra pro max level of toxicity for entire 5.5 years of mbbs.
I hope more and more youtubers use their platform to showcase the plights of young doctors...only then it will come into the notice of NMC..
Absolutely
After seeing such incidents in rising, I feel like going to some other courses after MBBS. Already present in a toxic environment. Getting used to it. 😢
Thank you bringing this topic its reality
As a student of private medical college hearing this was so painful + also reminds me of toxic mbbs days where we were literally used to considered donkey infront of management even and agar kabhi kisi k bare me complain leke chale jao toh yahan yahi hota its normal adjust karo tumhari suppli laga denge kabhi dr nai ban paoge etc literally internship ka last day felt ki ab is hell me kabhi nai aungi more strength to u
Same happened in my private college as well and internship was a real struggle due to toxicity.
Di which college
Please share which college so it would be useful for aspirants
How world is becoming so cruel .i can understand this . Dr megha , you are absolutely right.. we support you .
Shame on hod
This is so horrifying !! These elements need to be punished, jab itna toxic kar hi diya hai to filing a case should be justified or lodging a FIR.
NMC should made rule for doctor 😢
Absolutely
Finally someone is speaking about it.
Hey Kanika can u make videos for newly married women on how to take precautions against pregnancy and tabbo topics like periods and myths related to it especially biological myths which are not discussed especially sex ed , u being a young married woman + doctor and it's quiet personal but what methods do you use to protect yourself,u can guide other younger women on this sensitive issue, it's such an important part of our lives yet no one discuss on it and make younger women aware , Also I have seen many doctors on RUclips misguide ppl on this topic!
Atleast you are not fake and Selfish like other people's in this profession. You are real and keep this attitude alive.👍
As a NEET ASPIRANT after hearing this TOXIC REALITY i am really SCARED of taking MBBS
Being a Mbbs graduate, I highly advice u to choose some different path rather suffering ur whole life n regret taking Mbbs 🙂

Very good Dr duo !!
This unheared and common medico issue is now hearable .
Yeahh 🙌💯
Please bring up such stories more and more... let people know the doctor they are visiting are stressed so badly by their seniors. If condition of doctors in the college is getting deteriorated then how will they improve patients condition. I feel so scared knowing this is where I will be also after few years.
Doctors are meant to be the most sensible person but idk how come become heartless once they get power.
So true!!
This case should be considered seriously and sbko aage aake support krna chea even us .
Absolutely 💯

I know many of my seniors who get good rank and choices they want but left their seat midway or after one year due to harrasment and toxic work culture ..
Some of them don't want to come back to India and rather went abroad for PLAB and other European nations..
Right !!
This is also the reality of all branded private schools in Delhi region also apart from medical college. Ragging, bullying, using offensive words targeting female audience , sex is very normal for them. It is the problem of whole education system of India. Doctor is considered as a noble profession but is hidden with sufferings and sacrifice that a student went through in order to reach this position.
No. People who do this have no remorse whatsoever and they get intimidated by the ones who actually show the guts to go and take an action against them. I have faced this all throughout my mbbs and I'm a govt merit student from a private medical college in Bengaluru ( they had that provision of 35 govt merit seats in every private college back in 2017 and all. I have no clue about now.) and I can tell you honestly MBBS was a true trauma in my life and internship being the worst of all the experiences. So toxicity needs to stop being normalised because it aint cool to traumatise your juniors neither is going to earn any sort of respect.
Respect and love are always earned and can never be forced upon someone
I also had similar toxicity in ENT and was not allowed to enter OT for six months and after trying lot i left the college and seat and still copping up with everything
So sad mam😢I suffered a lot in my mbbs life n now I m worried abt my pg life
That's really sad 😓
Sorry to hear that.Hope you heal soon❤️
😢
Pehle mujhe lgta tha ki dr ko youtube use nhi karna chahiye....so silly of me 😢....par now i so proud ki aap jaise log h jo hmare liye khade h literally so proud of you kanika maam ❤
Idk why nmc not taking any step or making rules...in ug we hv anti ragging commitee, bt for pg there is no rule...residents work for such long hrs without food n sleep...still they get scolded n punished...Nmc ko bs saste nashe krne aate h, aur bekar trh se exam lene aata h...The most problematic thing is u cnt leave ur seat orelse u'll hv to pay penalty in lakhs...Ppl say suicide q kr liya, aur v ways ho skte the deal krne ke...bt in reality we r left wid no ways bt only suicide!!!!
Very rightly said !
This needs to be get viral
Really want more such issues to be highlighted through channels

Its shameful, there is no humanity alive within these people, I know their ego will turn against them and have to pay for their deeds..
Dr Meghna is very brave and hoping she gets justice and respect.. lets pray for the best, for the bare minimum.
Surely 💪💪
You should file a case against those doctors.
Kudos to Dr Kanika for supporting the young lady. Truth can be seen in her eyes. I have been a victim to department toxicity and now i am working as as SR in a clinical branch. I dont want to name that college but it is one of the most expensive colleges in the entire nation and nonetheless a sheer wastage of your father's hard earned money. I would suggest aspirants to please verify once from the residents regarding the department and its functioning before joining any branch.
To be very honest you should name the college and department so that one should be aware and also should take stand because life is more important I hope you are doing good 😊
@@sweetyagarwal7575 I have moved on in my professional life. I really dont want to remember any kind of past bitter experiences I had to go through. Still all I can say is ki UP ka private medical College hai and unlike the obvious notion it's NOT SRMS, Bareily
Indian medical students are facing these situations...I don't know what they will do with me as an international medical student...god save me

It's shocking to see such toxicity existing even in para-clinical branch. So harsh.
I hope concerned authority sees this video and does the necessary actions towards hod and other faculty for this mental harassment.
Stay strong
I am currently preparing for neetpg and seeing such horrible cases it really makes me wonder if all my hardwork is even worth it or not and unfortunately such cases are increasing day by day....here we study for hours just be treated like trash by so called hods and dept 🙄🙄
Really she is very brave
This has and is happening in every medical college , private or govt , this happens in many of the depts , the whole problem revolves around the hospital and the staff being responsible for our marks , and wen one is ready to speak up , there r others who r ready to rather make their way up at the cost of people suffering and also reap benefit from it ! It is all abt competition ! This is life , but this is wrong ! I myself am a victim of it ! Leaves are a big deal! Even inter dept fights between consultants ! Hope such incidents come up more.
Yeah, thanks for sharing
Really medical field isso toxic in india 😢
A bigger concern 😔

I can understand what pain she’s going through.. My department and guide is also very much toxic 😢 I sometimes feel mentally harassed…
This story is from what medical college of Bihar... interested to know bcz I am from Bihar also
Even thinking doing pg in India sucks because of the toxicity of the lecturers ....
Government need to intervien into these matters and find some permanent fix in the system.....
Absolutely 💯
That's why I will move to foreign for my pg
I will get well paid also
Where are you planning to do pg
I also suffered during my pregnancy same thing at mbbs there should be a rule::::I can relate u dear 😌
Mentally n physically many residents r exhausted. When will the medical council of India take actions against such harrassments?
These consultants bend by 90degree and touch feet of even road chaap neta and peon of beurocrates .but harrase juniors and pg students.they have been spoiling life of students
Thinking about taking a drop for neet ug, now feeling scared whether should I choose this field or not
All medical students must raise voice in unity against this
Right!!
I also experienced same in Delhi.I used to cry almost for days but I realised this is reality I cant quit also.
God will give you the strength
Hope you are okay now !
But you have the power to change this reality when u become senior make it easy for your juniors don't do the same thing which your seniors has done to u
very true bring more true stories like this
Sure
This need to be shared
Yeah
Just a small question in mind. Why didn't ma'am approach the National Commission for Women.??
I am preparing for NEET for with bsc microbiology now i am in doubt i should prepare for neet or not as i am very sensitive when comes to bullying and all i can't handle such toxicity. Its really sad to see this
Pls dont come to this.. After neet ug torture again another competitive exam neet pg.. And again too roxic pg life
Bihar me aisa hota hai.... they play with your mental health. Seniors are very insensitive.
In which college did this happen?
It’s called stoicism ….basically ppl are trying to normalise toxicity in medical field ….so that students don’t raise their voice thinking that it’s all a part of training
Maternity leave is her right to take...and like this lots ofproblems students/ residents are facing in medical field( mbbs, bhms, bams, bums, nursing, pharmacy, paramedical)....inlogo pe v koi strict action lene wala....hona chahiye....takki ye hmme baar baar torture krne se phle soche...ki inpe v action ho skta h....
Bihar me conection bare dekhe jaate h....sabkoi khud ko powerful samjhtaa h....or dhammki dete h...
I am going through the same.. I don't know how will I survive three years.
ye video hame dekhne se kuch nhi hoga isee system ke logo tak pahunchao yaar plz plz plz
Sister, please reply this. mbbs abroad after neet ug is good?
Being a neet UG aspirant feeling like AIIMS colleges are good
Otherwise it's hell😢😭😭😭
I did mbbs from grant medical college mumbai..i suffered humiliation ,torture from seniors in medicine department during internship and was asked for sexual favour from one worker in psm department his name is gaikwad (ngo worker)who was incharge of internship completion.all these things destroyed my life after mbbs , i was put on psychiatric medicine due to ptsd ,panic attacks ..now after 6 years of my mbbs i took courage and got admission in MD but im still on medicines and may be lifelong or else im sucidal.
😢
Well done doctor duo ❤you add this to ur channel
Hatts offfff "Narayana Medical College"😡
Is that the college where this happened?
This is insane, is any humanity left in this field !!!
😔😓😓😓
This is a reality of an intern. Last year my father was admitted in hospital and most of the interns were in night duty . They used do 12 hour of shift . They treat intern very badly
Which college????
2 years back i have joined ophthal NBEMS diploma in andhra, only one assistant professor over there. No seniors for me.. It's only me and my colleague ( both are girl PGs ). He is an womeniser.. My CO pg maintained realtionship with him.. They used to spend nights together..
He used to misbehave with me... Both have shown hell to me.. He used to give more chances to her in OT. He used to scold me for no reason.. Because of toxicity i left my ophthal Diploma..

Now I will think twice before preparing for pg

I did ug from the same college. Went through ultra pro max level of toxicity for entire 5.5 years of mbbs.

It’s better to opt for dnb courses than md even if you are getting top govt colleges
Really? is there no toxicity in bihar
