Good morning, Jai Shri Krishna , One highly complicated case of skin which one college girl or student was facing where as Girl student visited many Doctors (Dermatologists) for student unknowing fact that she was having impetigo nearly 6 months after girl studentsuffering from other things now started attending general doctors as loosing hopes as case getting complicated girl student one day came to visit one hospital with dermatologist for treatment going on with different Doctors for so many months, that Lady Doctor gave some remedies but I had gone to visit Cancer patient on recommendation to some ward As I finished my consultancy I was to movie from there to my home, that Student girl was having tears in eyes with chills as getting downstairs to reception hall, I just noticed and asked student girl mother what was matter, student girls face was partial shining red and was burning, her mother told and when I saw I was really trembled to see u know why? Because condition was in Erysipelas, almost in malignancy and condition hardly gives time to survive as Lymph nodes get blocked I immediately made student girl and mother to meet Hospital Dermatologist meet again, I explained Dermatologist Doctor need of emergency andade all necessary tests done right treatment was done and after 15 days student girl was rescued and was out of danger both of erysipelas and entering into cancer stage of risk, and was discharged and this way sometimes many complications are there Always we Doctors have to be careful when especially shingles red and burning symptoms of skin are there Thanks for Reading Dr Vijay RShivnani (Oncologist) India MH Pune

This was me a "pharmacist" when Doctors were prescribing ivermectin- a typical anthelmintic to covid positive patients recklessly 🤦🏼‍♀️ and also me when they prescribe random tests not necessarily needed for given symptoms. I always correct ppl when they call me doctor, no please I'm not !

Maturity is realising a pharmacist's work is so underrated. My dad himself runs pharmacies and prescribes some of the best medicines that too free of cost. A lot of pharmacists are just saving their customer's money by telling them the apt medicines to take instead of spending on doctor's visit. Also, when the pharmacists feel the case needs specialised help, they do recommend to consult doctor. So, the joke is on you for degrading pharmacists.
