Naturally bent arms? I have this issue too. Unfortuantelly we can't do anything with our natural range of motion but still there will be someone telling you to straighten your arms and lock the elbows lol :)
maccichy yep, I cannot physically lock out my arms completely. And yes, I hear it all the time, especially on rings. ugh
No worries i raised this issue once on gymnastic bodies forum and suprisingly there are others like us. A propos the rings - coach Sommer replied that our weakness in handstand gives us a tremendous adventage on rings. Always look for the bright side ;)
