serikst Since this is a challenging little combination exercise, do as many as you can until you feel like you are starting to break form to accomplish it. If you are a beginner, expect to do maybe 3 to 5. If you are more advanced, you might be able to get 10plus. I would do this set at least 5 times in conjunction with other exercises. I would do something like this to get the heart going: 1 set of this (3 - 12 reps depending on level), immediately followed by a set of squat jumps (until significant burn), immediately followed by a set of pull-ups (max number), and finished off with a set of V-ups or sit-ups (until significant burn). Take a breath and repeat. Roll through that 5 to 7 times and you are good to go. Let me know if you have any other questions or need workout ideas.
Can't wait to get my parallettes and work up to this exercise.
Glad you enjoyed, Brandon. Good luck with your training! Let me know if you have any questions.

Do you mean how often?
How many sets and reps do you recommend?
