After Talent for Love, this is my second favorite song from the series. I love watching the end credit roll and seeing Ryo-Oki take the spotlight. Its such a romantic song. Scottie Raskell also sang Washu's Lullaby and that is another FANTASTIC song she sang. Pioneer did a great job localizing and getting vocals for their English songs and catchy enough to stand against the test of time for me.
@@CantUwU In your fanfics, maybe. You're inferring that at the Universe he chose Ryoko because he left Jurai and you got a happy scene with a hug, The closest he got to being married was in the OVA and his engagement with Noike. Never, in any cannon, by any writer, creator, or consultant that has been involved in any Tenchi project, has Tenchi got married. In Kajishima's books, Tenchi has CHILDREN with Ryoko and Ayeka, but their relationship status (marriage) is never confirmed. So no, he didn't pick Ryoko in Universe, it's just wishful thinking for folks who like the idea of TenchixRyoko
I'm not a big fan of the english dubbed anime or anime songs... but with Tenchi Muyo franchise (Pretty Sammy, etc) it's different... it's made with such love and passion!!!
Theres a lot of really well done dubbed songs from anime in the 80's and 90's one of the well known sing dubs was Bubblegum Crises and AD Police anime which both are legit part of the same Universe. Unfortunately the voice acting isn't as good as the songs....which makes me so sad.....both are free through retro crush.

Memories from what was going on in my life when I first heard this gem. ❤❤
God i fucking loved this anime... takes me back to the 90’s and feel so nostalgic and sad...
Dang. Sweet bitter anime memories.
I am glad he chose Ryoko.
But he didn't

@@jemleith3263 in the main "OVA" canon, Tenchi does actually end up marrying Ryoko, Ayeka, Tsunami.
@@CantUwU Yes you're right. I was thinking about that as I was writing it my reply and it just never clicked lol

EXACTLY!!!
this brings back some nice years =D
Memories...
I got so tired of watching this anime back in my anime club. But it was so good, god i miss those days. Golden age of anime in my mind.
Tenchi muyo is one of those rare shows that you could watch multiple times & not get tired of.
i LOVE this song!
Anime songs dont usually have the warmth that tenchi muyo songs do.
You can practically feel the 90s eminating from these songs.
Just want to point out, the singer's name is Scottie _Haskell._
Classic.
What a nice song
Love this song
FUCK YEAH! LOVE THIS AS AN ENDING SONG!
♥️♥️🔥🔥🎶🎶🤧🤧
Never were orbital mechanics more melancholy.
