- Hey guys, in today's Exam Stress Motivational session KR Abhishek sir will discuss How to Overcome Exam Stress, Fear, Failure. From the day you were born you were tagged as an engineer or doctor. Before you had your first cry. You were designed to fulfill the unfulfilled dreams of your parents. Before you had your first smile your life story was written. Before you had your first walk your wings were cut and you were caged. Before you had your first cricket shot or took a smash in the badminton court your journey was staged. Your timetable was set, your rules were laid out and now you were prepared to take the ultimate test. But what is a test or an exam, Google says, it is to measure somebody's knowledge or skill in some time. well, that is where Google is wrong because we are taught and brought up by everyone that it is the end of your life.
Your life will come to a full stop if you perform badly in a test, you have to commit suicide if the pressure of the test gets to you or your results are bad. You are alone in this journey of exams and dying is your only help. Well, no one says that? No one does! But we still do it, why? Why do we forget that a test is just a test? No test has been made to judge your entire potential. It takes courage to break the norms and fly, it takes intelligence to burn the doubts inside you and a lot of guts to go against the entire world and say it is just a test, and only that doesn't decide my future, my skills, my journey and who I am. So go out and shout out to the world that you Can and you Will!

Exactly same is with me. I dont know what is wrong. Here I am studying 12-14 hours on average for jee, and my parents keep on complaining that I dont socialize with people. What can I do in such a case. Even if I get the best of marks they are never happy, I mean they appreciate the hard work, but they want me to become a socially extrovert which I am not. I am not even an ambivert.
